I had hit my head quite hard and was pretty tough to deal with I am sure. Every one was incredibly patient and helped me repair my FLHTC even though I wanted to turn it into a Road King and have it privately painted. The work was superior, parts people were awesome and I love the finished product. To say this dealership went out of their way is a true understatement. Without them I never could have done it. However, after I installed an aftermarket set of wheels, I had some problems with the belt and a few other things. I didn't notice this until I pulled into the dealership. Their service manager was top notch! He wheeled my bike in, put it on a lift, and started diagnosing the problem immediately. This was completely unscheduled, and during a very busy spring weekend. They didn't have many techs on duty that weekend, so he helped us sort through the problem and work on the bike. I would definitely go back to this dealer anytime and will be doing all service through this dealer. They are top notch!" - JM 05/06 "My emails got ignored. My call got ignored, I waited for a callback. I didn't get it after 1 hour (was told 15mins or so). I call back and get a runaround. So, basically, I got ignored.
