I have been in this dealership 6-8 times just to get a feel for them and never talked to any of the salespeople about a bike. The reason I went in this time is a friend who bought a bike there told me they would be fair. Not even close. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Went to Ogden and they had one in a two tone blue. I asked when there would be a black one available. I was told I would have to wait until the '07s came out. The following week, a salesperson at the South Valley store said he'd have one in a few weeks. At MSRP + dealers fees, but he did have one coming in. I decided to purchase with a dealer out of town that wouldn't give me the run around. The kicker was Intermountain refusing to accept delivery of my bike for final make ready before I picked it up. Now I'm driving out of town to get it at Monarch. I will not be doing business with Intermountain if I can help it at all." - JP 05/06

Through recommendations, I contacted them for pricing on a 2008 FFSE Ultra. No one on the Front Range could touch his prices. The bike was ordered in August and in by November 07. Mechanic quickly made some changes brought on by a last minute shopping spree. I was in the shop at 9a. I and the new bike were out by 11a headed back for Denver from Vernal. I wanted to buy a HD from them since they were so nice and spent so much time with me. Ended up buying from Monarch HD that is located in the Salt Lake City UT area which is a couple of hours north. Monarch was $3500 cheaper then the best price Zion quoted. Again I liked the people just not $3500 worth.
