"I bought a Superglide from them last Summer and the price on the bike was great, but they tried to add a lot of extras in and bury it in the deal. I had taken the bike back for service and when I picked the bike up from having service done, my rear plate fell off while driving away! I lost all my bolts and they tried to deny they did it. They were putting on saddle bags and turn signal relocation kit, of course they did it. I tried to give them 1 more shot, my wife was going to start riding my Superglide and I wanted an new 06 Ultra, first of all the were $2500 over MSRP at the end of the model year and again tried to stick in all kinds of extras in the contract. "Charges high freight and set up charges, sells over MSRP, then likes to discount down to or above MSRP. Talked to two different sales people about a three bike deal. Both said, "Oh we will work with you on that."  Get to the day of buying, no discount on bikes, no discount on parts, service or accessories not even the mention of a free T shirt.  Then I look at the invoice and they are even gouging us $397 for the $325 security system!  When I called the guy on it, he gets a real attitude and says, I know all the dealers and no one is going to give you a better deal" You lost the bike sale(s), the accessories, future sales and service and goodwill.  Went to a dealer who appreciates business and does not take advantage of their customers." - KL 09/07

"In August, 2005 I called around to several dealers in Texas and was quoted MSRP plus TTL out the door for a 2006 Street Glide but the bike I wanted wasn't in yet.  When the bike came in about a week and a half later, the salesman had everything waiting for me and the process went very smoothly with minimal pressure to buy extra stuff. When the plate was ready, they sent it to me with a plaque stating that the bike was custom built for me (totally unexpected).  Overall, a great buying experience." - ES 01/06

"Bought one of Mancuso discount cards at their old store, went to new store at Crosspoints and they refused to accept it, Then one day went to Crosspoint store with two tires and wheels in hand with new tires and tubes for tire change service, wow they charged 86.00 bucks for swapping two tires that I furnished, I was told they charge $35 an hr for each item. in this case two wheels. I've removed my #1 Hog patch and will never step in their door again. For that matter the other two dealers in Houston and one in Bueaumont are high dollar as well." - JE 08/06

"I bought a 2005 heritage softail off the internet from a guy in Florida thru HDTRADER and needed to get a loan. I was out of town working in Kt. at the time and and was having trouble getting financing from my bank because I was "OUT OF TOWN" and not there to sign the papers. I called Rio Grande HD and they quickly financed the bike purchase and overnighted the papers for me to sign, even though I didn"t buy the bike from them. I had the bike shipped to me, it was perfect as the seller said, and the local Harley shop was outstanding and very helpful." - AT 04/07

"Went to RGV Harley for a new rear tire and install of my Lyndall Plus brake pads. They put on OEM pads by mistake and charged me for two hours labor and parts. $318.00 Was a confusing cluster fk, but a very honest service writer and the GM got it corrected and made it right, putting on the correct pads and refunding me some money.
