They say they take 10% off the parts, but other dealers will take 10% off parts that you get to pick at the time of purchase. I wanted a 2007 1200R Sportster in Vivid Black. They had one: $10,999 for the bike not including the extra parts that I wouldn't have chosen. After 1.5 hours and a lot of eye-rolling from the salesmen, they came down to $10,499. That's still $1219 over MSRP.They heavily pushed the service plans and HD financing even though they knew I had a better rate from my credit union." - BB 04/07

All-in-all, it was a decent experience. I paid $9K out-the-door. I could have paid $500 less at the Stillwater dealership, but I would have had to wait until June. I should note that I didn't even try to get HD World to come down on their price. They didn't have one in stock, but they got one in for me within a couple of weeks. My only complaint is that throughout the process, the salesman didn't return calls and didn't keep me updated when he said he would. I was always able to reach him, but it was frustrating at times. In the end though, they got me the bike that they promised, (I believe it was harder to locate than they originally had thought) they didn't push the extras and they were friendly.
