"The same person owns all of the
Harley Shops in Las Vegas and one in Utah. When looking to buy a new bike,
all I got was attitude. The shop in Henderson tried to sell me a 2004 Wide
Glide for 17,880.00. The main shop adds pipes, pegs etc.. and charge an
arm and leg. A new 2005 WG they wanted over 18,000. Drove to Kingman, AZ
and got a 2005 WG for 17,000 out the door with 1 mile on the odometer.
They treated me like a king. Took bike in for the 1000 mi in Vegas. Got
bike bake covered in finger prints, no attempt was made to clean bike, I
took in in spotless. Doing my own work or will take bake to AZ for
service. For this store HD means hundred dollar." - FR 01/06 "I
just have to make a comment about the customer service at the eastern
store me and my wife got last week on vacation, fantastic so mind blowing
I had to double check the store name and address to make sure that I was
in a H-D store from the start over the computer reservation to pick up and
return, and don't forget the shuttle drivers were great. Their staff
should travel and give seminars to other stores." - KT 06/07 |

"Sales Dept is Very Good and the Parts Dept is
pretty good to. The remaining, Original employees are Awesome! However, stay
away from the Service Dept! Service Counter personnel are seemingly
underpowered and quickly loose the "Customer Service" attitude the rest of
the store obviously shares. My experience with several attempts to do
business could be described as a Black Hole. Service Advisers don't
communicate well with the customers or the Technicians while to busy taking
HD tests on computer. Arrive for Right Leg Surgery and Left Leg will be
Amputated! Insult to injury, You will be blamed for the botch!
After Reno HD installed engine mods and a sert, they were unable to
eliminate a low speed stumble. Service Adviser blamed exhaust system which I
changed per recommendation only to find problem remained. Now out additional
$$ for exhaust and additional Dyno time with Service Adviser now saying, "No
I Didn't!". Several days wasted with no fix in sight! Off to Auburn HD who's
Service Dept is open 7 days a week, First appointment Problem Fixed in three
hours! From day one, riding 3k on bike with stumble, it finally runs like it
should. I picked up 11 foot pounds of torque at 2500 rpm. with no additional
modifications. Clearly the difference is a competent tuner who's HD tests
were already done!" - JN 03/06 |
