"Finally REAL Bikers selling bikes again. I called the manager the day Harley released the new Crossbones to the public, he told me he didn't know when he would be getting one but he would call me when one arrived. Well 2 days I was the first one he called and the next day I was riding my new Crossbones. All I can say is if you live in New Jersey or New York City, especially Staten Island, or anywhere else for that matter Edison Harley should be your first call. Due to space I cant list every reason why but give them a shot and you will see what I mean. The manager and the salesman are the best I've ever dealt with!" - 02/08

"I contacted Williams HD approx 1 year ago to buy a new bike, and was told they never sold bikes at MSRP. I told the salesman that I purchased one at MSRP before they moved to the new location. He told me if I paid MSRP I didn't buy the bike there, well my orig sales receipt says I did but oh well. I asked to speak with the owner who sold me my bike and he wouldn't put him on, but before he hung up on me he said all used bikes were sold at MSRP. I wrote to Williams on there customer survey link and told them what I just said, there response. I'm a liar, in so many words, and my comment were unfair. I guess the truth hurts. I have there response letter available for anyone who wishes to see it. They should get the Stealership of the Year award for there vision of how to run a successful business." - RM 03/06

"I had purchased FOUR motorcycles from Williams H-D, when the store was still in the hands of the Williams family. The Williams brothers gave me many years of honesty and incredibly good service. I went to Williams' new location to trade in my current H-D and pick up one of the new models. The new location also had NEW owners. The salesperson, who may have actually been the sales manager, was actually pleasant to deal with. He told me that the store policy did NOT allow him to offer me any discount. Although I live very close to Williams H-D, and I wanted to buy the bike then and there, I decided to first do some competitive shopping/price comparisons.  Edison H-D were about $1000 less. Liberty H-D offered to BEAT the Edison H-D deal. Trenton H-D were $1500 LESS.  Went to owner of Williams and told him of my price comparison experiences. He was immediately pissed off that I shopped his price and now the situation started to get ugly.  He started to get nasty with me, and said, "NO WAY.  We sell at LIST. The other dealers are f___ing everything up."  I then told him just to do something to make me feel good about buying from him. That's when the owner bared his fangs and told me to get the f__ out of his store and don't come back!" - EZ 06/08

"They just did a cam upgrade for me. The bike was done in record time. The service managers are honest and know about bikes. Prices for labor are best around. They did not try to con me into purchasing expensive race tuner. This isn't the HD boutique, you can trust these guys with your ride." - JL 05/08

"Following great experiences with parts and motorclothes, I decided to buy my next new bike here. The cash deal went swiftly and smoothly end-to-end my bike was prepped and delivered a full week before it was promised just in time for break-in over a long holiday weekend. Because I spent more than 1K in add-on stuff, I'm enjoying a 15% discount on parts, manuals, motorclothes, etc. for the next 90 days. Staff is professional and accommodating. Service dept. seems to have handled my initial setup competently. My 1K and next two services will free, so we'll see, but I generally handle my own wrench, thank you.
