"I have, over the years, bought several several bikes from them. They have always treated me with respect. Currently, they are selling touring line about $1,000. over MSRP. This is negotiable in dead winter mos. I just purchased `06 Road Glide  from them and enjoyed the experience. New facility is great. Parts people are helpful. Service has treated me well. I have found that it is good to establish a relationship w/one local dealer. I had a warranty problem on my FXDX last year and it was resolved quickly." - BO 01/06

"I have purchased 5 motorcycles from Manchester over the years. I have spent several thousands of dollars on parts and accessories. I attempted to purchase a new bike 2 months ago- After numerous times of the salesman walking into the manager's office with a new offer I knew times had changed. I left the dealership and bought the bike from another dealership within 2 hours of leaving the dealership. I saved myself about $1000.  I later received a call from a Manchester HD manager about 2 weeks later wanting to know if I had bought anything. I replied yes and told him my story, I told him to look into his computer and to see the purchase history under my name and the business that he lost. His reply was "didn't we get you a bike when they were hard to come by" I replied "no you didn't it was the previous owner you got me my bikes. It had nothing to do with you!" - CP 05/06
