"The dealership is TOP NOTCH. I've bought 3 bikes from 1 salesman and am considering 1 more purchase, to the service department, "EVERY" contact I have had has been nothing short of fantastic! Every time I have had a minor issue they have gone over the top to address it. They have called home after every visit to make sure I was happy with the results. You don't get any better than that. I am also proud to say that I have a son serving in Iraq at the moment and they constantly ask after his well being. What more of a dealer can you ask? As far as I am concerned, I will "NEVER" buy from another dealership, buy from another salesman, or deal with another service person. Check these people out the next time you consider a purchase. "Was out recently searching for a good deal on a new fatboy. My advice is to avoid this dealer or you will wind up spending thousands more than MSRP! They charge over MSRP with their outrageous add-ons and they will not sell for less! They will tell you they are proudly listed as an MSRP dealer, but once you see that a 16.4K bike actually sells for 20k! With poor parking, bad location combined with sales people with arrogant attitudes, I give them a 2 thumbs down." - RH 05/06

"Took my bike there for recall issue and to have Stage 1 installed.  Service said they would dyno my bike pre & post install.  Never did pre-dyno and looked at me like I had three heads when I asked.  I was told the recall ignition switch was completed, then when I picked up the bike, I was told the part was one back order, they would call me when they part arrived.  Two months plus & still no phone call, I will drive 50 miles out of my way to avoid this dealership!  Not professional at all. I asked for the receipt for a CB module that was replaced same time, still waiting for that!  Unacceptable performance, lacks leadership!" - SK 04/07

"Sales associates were extremely courteous and tried to be as knowledgeable as they could muster. I'll pass on relaying my thoughts about the parts and accessories people, and will leave out my experience with the service department also. My wife and I went in with a specific bike that was in stock to buy, we didn't ask for any extras. The salesman made that happen and my wife rode it home. As a place to buy they were fine, that is as far as I would go with them again. It was at MSRP and one of the sales girls threw us some shirts on the way out. If you can be explicit in what you want, then Washington-HD does just fine as far as we're concerned." - TD 08/06

"Had a battery cover clip fail while riding one Sunday afternoon. Pulled in their lot at 2:59 (they close at 3).  The guy guarding the door saw that I had an issue, and let me in.  A nice young lady saw me waiting in line at the parts counter, came around, and asked what I needed.  I was back on the road by 3:10! "These folks have been my dealer since day 1.  I went in not sure what I wanted, and the sales guy walked me through the process with no hassle or pressure.  It was in late June, so I had to wait for the new model year, no biggie there.  Delivery seemed to take forever - the sales guy and service manager both walked me through many different things on the bike, and there was lots of paperwork.  I do mostly my own service, but on the occasions I go in for service, it is always top-notch.  I had a problem with my headlamp bulb, and they handled it in 5 minutes.  I messed up putting my new cables on, and they had a guy come out and handle it in the lot at no charge.  And whenever I go in there, whether it is to hang out, pick up a flyer, or actually buy something. I am almost invariably greeted by first name, the lead sales guy stops to chat, and always has a minute to answer a question about the upcoming events, and the parts guys are not only knowledgeable and humble about it, they are also VERY helpful when you are trying to think out of the box.  An overall EXCELLENT dealer.  They have a customer for life in me.  Also - they are not a H-D Boutique dealer.  They sell several makes, which is why I think they are so good with the customers." - MS 01/07
