"Back when my '99 FLHRCI was brand new, I dropped it off for its
first 500 mile check and fluids change. After a couple days I picked it up,
and on the ride home I noticed the tranny noises were different than before.
I checked all the fluid levels and found they'd drained the primary chain
case but didn't refill it. The chain was running bone dry. That was my first
and last visit to their shop. I starting doing my own maintenance and have

"After finding a 06 leftover Fatboy at this dealership I
made the hour and a half ride out there. We agreed on a price and for them
to deliver the bike (I live in Western MA.) First there was no paperwork at
all for this bike. They had misplaced the folder or it was destroyed. After
waiting for new paperwork, they told me Thursday or Friday delivery. Not
once thur all this did they call me I had to call them for updates. I asked
for Thursday delivery, I was told no. Friday morning was all they could do.
After no show on Friday morning (called them I was told the salesman was
tied up) I was told Friday afternoon. I took off work to meet the salesman,
and finally got a call. Was told by another salesman I have never met or
dealt with that the delivery truck was having trouble with the transmission.
After a few more excuse on Friday, I told them I wanted my deposit back.
(which they did that afternoon. They have a "I don't care attitude" towards
their customers. I guess business must be good to drop the ball on a $17000

"Vie bought 5 new bike from Ronnie's. My first was at
MSRP, then it got worse from there. When they would sell you a bike
you had to take a 4 year warrantee at a cost of 800, but what people didn't
know was the warrantee was only good at Ronnie's. So if you didn't break
near the shop, you were out of luck and a lot of money, but the last straw
for me was I got in a bike accident in 8/00. At the time I had a 01 fatty on
order. I was out of work for 7 months (hurting for$$$ big time) but he still
charged me $2500 over MSRP. Then 3 years later. I was looking to trade my 00
fxdwg ($40,000 invested.85%parts bought at Ronnie's) for a 03 or 04 road
glide. The sales man said bring your bike up we can do some thing for you,
so after they looked at it, they said we will get back to you. A week later
they said that they didn't want the bike because I accessorized it beyond
the market. Any way don't go there, they have absolutely no customer

"I bought a clutch hub for my 88 flhs at a cost of
approximately $140.00. I installed it and two weeks later the transmission
output shaft sleeve on the hub came apart from the rest of the hub. I had
to have a professional welder put a bead on it in order to use a puller to
get it off the bike. When he examined the part for me, he said that the
weld was an assembly line robotic weld that had no penetration. Therefore
it was a "factory defect". CC Cycle center right off the bat refused to
warranty the part saying that the owner had to look at it. When they saw
it, they told me that they doubted that the owner would honor the warranty.
The bottom line is that if you go there for a part that should be covered
under warranty, expect to pay for it twice if it goes bad." - WN 04/06 |

"This Dealership does not sell at MSRP. I was going to
buy a 2008 Electra Glide Classic and went there for a price. After going
through the "Meet and Greet" person I then got to speak with the Sales
Manager. I was told the price would be about $22,000. When I asked why that
much for a bike with an MSRP of $18,695, I was told it would actually be
closer to $23,000. They would not give me a price breakdown or a firm price.
Since I had bought 3 other new bikes from the previous Dealership
(Easthampton H-D), I actually went back two more times trying to get a firm
price. I finally spoke to the owner who told me they don't sell at MSRP and
that they won't give a final price unless you are going to buy that day. I
ended up buying an 2008 Ultra Classic at Tibby's for MSRP + dealer prep." -
