"I recently bought two bikes in four months from Renegade HD. I bought an '06 FXST in October and after riding it for a few months, my wife and I decided to trade it in on an '06 FLHT as the Softail did not really meet our needs. Both times I was treated very well by the sale staff. When I traded, I was given a lot of incentives to get the new bike with backrest and gift cards. Both times it made clear to me that I was getting the bike at MSRP, but that they don't sell at MSRP. I also noticed the second time that they added a new $385 fee to the bike. You now pay the freight for that bike and two (2) $385 dealer set-up fees. They would not explain the second $385 to me. That is how I got a backrest free when I refused to pay it. They have many bikes and friendly people. Wonderful salesman and nice guy. Just remember when you buy, tell them what you will pay and they will work with you. "I have dealt w/BBHD since they opened in Monroe. Initially they were the biggest snobs I had ever dealt with. The attitude was "if you don't like our high prices, someone else will" Needless to say people did not buy from them for years. However as of the last year or so, the bikes are at MSRP + freight. The bike salesman is great, the manager now speaks to customers like they are real people. It has made a complete 360° turn. They have had record sales months for the last 3 months that I know of with generated revenues of 500K to 1M per month! They have really cleaned up their act and produced a great dealership. Parts girl is very knowledgeable. Very friendly staff." - KB 06/06
