It was found but the inner fairing, dash & ignition switch were destroyed. HOG Roadside Assistance took it to this place. There they needlessly replaced my battery (my old one fully charged in a couple hours) & they "installed" an ignition switch for a Sportster. I got only ONE key. I asked parts dept. if I was entitled to another key & was told Yes, for $11.00. I asked why only one key & was told because the switch came from a wrecked bike. However, they charged me full retail price. Also, I got no warranty papers for the new battery. This happened Oct.17, when I got home Nov 2 I sent an e-mail to them. I have since sent 2 more but no reply at all. I wish the Motor Co. would get involved (called them). Stay out of this place unless you like being ripped off!" - EK 11/06
