They were flexible with the pricing to get my bike where I was willing to pay, and they even had it ready to go with NEW pipes, within 24 hours. If you haven't been to see HDMC, you must go. They are the largest dealer in Iowa and they have 3 show rooms, it is unbelievable. They are willing to work with you to get you into the bike of your dreams, and because they sell so many bikes, they are willing to negotiate with you too. LENTNER CYCLE 2021 Albia Street Ottumwa, IA, 52501 (641)682-0493 (641)683-4407 (fax)	"I bought a new FLHTCUI (not at Lentners) with a new Lehman trike kit installed by a Certified HD Dealer.(Not Lentners) The radio display has quit working and there is a HD service bulletin. Called Lentner's to see if they would repair under warranty. Told them it was not purchased there, and the excuses started. Told me they did not have the space to work on a trike and could not store it nor did they have a lift capable of lifting a trike. They made it clear to me, I did not buy it there and they would not work on it. I have bought several thousand dollars worth of motorclothes, Chrome parts, oil and filters from them over the past years. This warranty repair work seems to be a real problem if you do not buy the bike from the dealer you are trying to get to do the warranty work. Am I mistaken ? To expect a HD dealer to do HD warranty work. Needless to say I will never buy anything from Lentner again. I did find another HD dealer to do the warranty work.
