When I was there the parts person said I was in luck, that my rails were on sale. I paid for them and took them home. After being unsuccessful at installation, I took them back. When I returned them, they told me they sold me the rails for a 95 roadking. Then told me I was going to pay full price for my new rails. They offered 10% off when I asked why...it was not my fault, it was the clerks fault. They called parts manager and he said that is the way it is. I get all of my parts from South Seas in Waipahu now. I am a member of the Honolulu Hog Chapter and this is how they treat us." - SH 05/06

The island was flooding and we had to postpone our trip twice. We hadn't had a vacation in twenty years so we were seriously bummed out by how our Hawaiian adventure was not beginning. I expected a big hassle over our rental deposit and rebooking our ride but what we got was gracious and great help. The owner and his folks were absolutely the best, most compassionate, most helpful people you'll find. I'll rent there again in a heartbeat and if I ever find myself fortunate enough to live there, I'll definitely buy from this outfit. - DA 12/06
SOUTH SEAS CYCLE 94-896 Moloala Street Waipahu, HI, 96796 (808) 671-6711	"I have done hundreds of dollars in business at their service department on my '04 VROD via repair, modifications etc. I was in town buying oil for the bike and forgot to look at my owner's manual before I left to see how many quarts a VROD needs for a change. I figured I'd call my dealer to ask them. When I spoke to the guy in the Service dept., they responded "we don't give that information out if you\'re going to do the job yourself". I asked to speak to "the Manager". I explained I thought the response was WEAK, and he just responded flatly and sounding pissed, "3-4 quarts". I said "thanks" and hung up. I found out when I got home it actually needs 5 quarts. I'm not a mechanic, but I figure I can change my own oil and the owner's manual even explains how to do it. WEAK!" - PK 06/06
