Flint-River came out to my condo to check the bike out to see if they could fix it in my driveway. They couldn't. So they came back out with a trailer and towed it back to FRHD. It took two weeks to get my bike back, but not their fault, as it took a while to figure out that it was a bad wiring job by the indy, and not the ignition module or crank position sensor. In the end, they did not charge me for the towing, and they only charged me for the labor after the correct diagnosis of the bike's problem (2 hour fix vs. 7 hour fix, you do the math). All in all, that is great service." - JW 04/07 "Less than 30 days ago we bought our friend a gift card for his birthday $80 total when he went to use it at this dealer it was refused because there was a new owner the card showed up as good in the computer for the $80 but the new owner said it was the old owners that got the money not him and there for he could not use it unless he bought a new bike then they would except it towards the price the new bike the new owner also said there was around $2000 out there in gift cards that now have no value this dealership took our money and stuck in in their pocket this new owner is no better then the old one." - DB 10/07 "The new owners has really made a big turn around in this dealership they have honored all gift cards and are doing everything possible to please the customer I have never seen so many bikes in a dealership the prices are in line also no one can complain about the service or the friendly people working there either It is a joy to have a good friendly dealership in our area." - DB 12/07

Really helpful and informative. Service is lacking. They question where the bike was purchased and who did the modifications (Screaming Eagle air cleaner & Screaming Eagle pipes). Hey, look in your computer, I bought it here and you guys installed it. Not customer focused. Very defensive and leaning towards confrontational. If you're in the Augusta area looking for a Harley, go to Hog Heaven in South Carolina. It's only about a 75-mile ride but well worth it for customer service." - TE 03/06

Brought it in on 5/3 for replacement of the injectors as stated in HD Service Bulletin M-1185. The service manager wrote up the work order and we discussed the upgrades I have (pipes, air cleaner, & PC3). Called back late on 5/4 and was told that the shop foreman stated the the recall on the injectors did not apply because of the mods I made. In other words, they kept my bike for 2 days and didn't do s**t. Call the service manager again on 5/8, explained that it was insane to make me return to the stock pipes, AC, and remove the PC3 just to have the injectors replaced. She said she would look in to it. She called back and said to bring it in and they would replace them. I made an appointment to bring it in and about an hour later she called back and said she changed her mind and I would have to return it to stock. I called HD customer service who agreed it was crazy but said officially it would have to go back to stock. He did call and tried to convince the service manager to change their mind. I pointed out that I don't know of anyone who leaves their bike stock and that most dealer do the warranty work and don't worry with installed upgrades. The fact is that I have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership and this is the treatment I get on a warranty issue. This dealership has always been great but seems now to be on a downhill slide. Before you buy, BEWARE of the treatment and service you will get. There are other dealerships in the area, steer away from this one!" - GA 05/06

I travel all over the country and they beat the heck out of everyone. The act like they want to sell a bike to you. No pressure but I got the feeling that they really wanted to assist me, even though it took me 5 months to make the purchase. GC, called every so often to check on me. He really took his time in talking with me. The day I bought it, I got a great deal on my 06 EG Standard and 3K in P&A. I will take delivery of the bike in about a week. I have no doubt that the rest of the service will be excellent." - AB 05/06 "I bought my used 06 Road King from a dealer east of Atlanta and it was a good purchase but I did have one small problem, I went to the service dept and was told it wasn't covered under warranty! I wasn't to happy to hear that so I called HD of Atlanta. I wasn't there 20 min and they took the bike in the back and problem fixed No charge! they also noticed another minor issue and told me they ordered the part and to bring it back in at my convenience No charge again. Stopped by on 2/15/2008 to get a price for a new tire, mounted, wheel already off bike. I could not believe it, $215. Took the wheel to another dealer and paid $154. I always seem to be disappointed by this dealer whether I'm looking for parts or service. If you aren't worried about price then Clayton County HD is for you but, if you are looking for the best value for your money then I urge everyone to shop around before dealing with Clayton County HD." - DC 02/08
