"I bought an 05 Sprtster XLC and got the 1000 mile checkup/maintenance certificate. When I went in to get it after they said it was done. I asked if they changed the oil because the same filter was on it (same marks on it that I put on it), they said of course we would never do that. I do not know if they just forgot to do it or just screwing me, but the next week I was driving and it was sounding not right. I pulled over and looked at the oil and it was black and low. I was in front of a jap bike shop and asked him to look at the oil and he said it hadn't probably been changed in 3-4K miles, I had 1800 on it! I emailed the owner and never heard anything! Will never use them again, I hope." - BI 03/06

"I purchased an 07 Dyna at MSRP plus $335 prep and $350 shipping, no document fees. They provide the 1,000 mile service, a 20% off coupon for accessories and the usual two free t-shirts. Then he said that they were having a 20% off weekend and to save my coupon for later. This was the easiest deal I've ever had. They mentioned the extended warranty and financing and that was it. No hassle at all. When I called them they gave me the out the door price. That's what it was when I showed up. Plus they gave me $800 more than another dealer quoted me for my trade-in. "We stopped in to see what older bikes they had taken in on trade after Bike Week. Long story short, the salesman repeatedly lied to us and put the "paperwork" man and us in awkward positions not to mention wasting 2 days of our time and gas for 2 round trips. I can only assume the reason being is we are not their typical "R.U.B." customer and the dishonest salesman believed he could trap us into the sale as almost all paperwork was completed. We are new to the area and are HD's bread and butter customer, we will still be here in 10 yrs. They lost potential long time customers." - MS 04/07

"Been on the hunt for an '06 Dyna. Been to SEVERAL dealerships along the Florida East coast. Space coast Harley is an MSRP dealer, at least in my experience, outright refuses to come off its $900+ dealer prep + the $275 delivery fee. These days, this 'aint gonna cut it. They do have a nice selection and the sales manager is a straight shooter. If they have the 'right ride' it might be worth it but better deals are certainly available. " - JL 01/06

"Have not purchased a new or used Bike but their MSRP's seem to be close. I have used their Parts Dept. extensively for both my 98 Buell S1 and 2004 FLHTCI. Parts guys know what they are talking about and will save you money buy suggesting alternatives. They GAVE me a catalog. FREE. Another dealer suggested I "just go on line". They have a new kid who if he stays, and as he learns, will be an asset. Highly recommend." - MS 01/06

After all the hear say of better deals at other dealerships and checking on these great deals, I found I got a better deal right here at home, not to mention the great help from the service department in making my selection. "I took my XL1200C in for the 1,000 mile service after buying the bike new from them. They charged me $250 and the tech forgot to adjust the steering head bearings, tighten the critical fasteners, and missed a few other things on my service. 8 days after getting my bike back, my bike overheated due to a lean condition caused by the exhaust clamps falling off. 13 days after getting my bike back, the front end developed a very bad front end wobble caused by the steering head bearings loosening up. Took me a few days to prove to them it was something they were suppose to do, but missed during the 1k service. I have been fighting with them for the past week. Very unsatisfied with this stealer. Service manager is extremely rude. Avoid their service department at all costs." - LR 07/07

"Bought new bike, problem started with flat repair they pinched tube did not want to reimburse $ got put on account service manager called me a whining pain in the ---, went down hill from there. Owner came out on other repair and asked how's it going I told him about comment there were several at this time he turned and walked away. Had more dealer work, got comment again. "Bought a new out of the crate 06 Sportster from them. 800 miles later it fell apart because there were no wrist pin retainers in the motor. The shop refused to service my bike, the owner blamed me for the problems with it. Had to take it to Albany, GA. to get it serviced because capital h-d wouldn't touch it. I ended up having to sue them to make it right. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to someone even if I hated them. I will never buy another Harley, but I will say the guys at the Albany shop were awesome with helping me try to get my Sportster fixed." - JO 06/07

"Never dealt with the service dept, put the parts dept sucks. It's as though they are doing you a favor waiting on you.. They don't stock even the most common items. I might add that I haven't been there in the last few months because of this, so maybe things have changed. Instead of driving 10 miles to go there, I drive an extra 30 miles  to go to TREASURE COAST H-D in Stuart.. The parts manager at H-D OF PALM BEACH needs to drive up to Stuart.. maybe he can learn something." - CB 01/07
