But, I've taken my bike into Jones for service, warranty, repair, recall on a few occasions. I was welcomed and treated well. The staff remembers my name and is always eager to help. Parts guys are very well informed. The bikes on the floor are marked up on the tags about $1500 on average as near as I can tell, but I don't know what a firm buying negotiation would bring. There are plenty of bikes for sale, so I assume one could settle on a reasonable price; just haven't tried that yet. I will, next time I buy, because of the good experience I've had so far." -JA 06/06
