I made app in Jan for a specific day in March. Brought the bike in that day. Was a once a year check over. I called a few days later. Didn't get to it yet. Couple days after that. Didn't get to it yet. Finally, I said I'm gonna come and get it ,I need my bike. Then they finally did it. It sat there for 11 days b4 getting a routine checkup. I could have kept the bike at home until they were ready but I had an appointment months in advance. the same has happened 2 times since. They are unorganized ,can't keep up, and get sloppy and customer is left hanging. Could be turned into good place if they'd get there act together." - RV 12/01 "I went to Milwaukee for the 100 birthday celebration of Harley-Davidson, we were staying in Fond du lac for the 4 days of celebration. I rode my bike from Quebec, Canada to Milwaukee and on my way my engine developed a noise that was getting worse on my way to Milwaukee. I stop at Flying Eagle Cycle". They looked at my bike immediately and find out the trouble in no time. A lifter break down and scarp the cam shaft. He did not have a similar cam shaft in hand so he order one and receive it the day after and fix it the next day. He also pointed out a couple of things that I have to check out went I return home so my engine run better. I had a great service and a honest bill, so I like to thank them for helping me having a great time in Milwaukee. - MB 09/03

I partially disassembled the motor and took the questionable parts over to them along with some technical questions on how I could fix my problems. In a nutshell these folks are always helpful to me and are not afraid to answer my questions when I do my own work. They have always given me good advice and they seem to have people who know what they\'re talking about. The shop is old in appearence but it\'s clean and neatly in order. She introduced herself and gave me some history on the owners background. I was impressed with the way they are both no bs outgoing people. I spoke with the owner about doing my 1000 mile check up on my brand new 05 Ultra Classic. I felt very comfortable with his ways of explaining things to me. Trust me I would not entrust my 23000+ HD to just anyone. On the day of the 1000 mile service the owner was on time with the appointment and completed the scheduled maintenance as per the Harley schedule. I can only highly recommend you stop by and see them and get your service done there. He is a qualified PHD mechanic and knows Harley motorcycles inside and out!" - VV 09/04
