Guys know what they're talking about, and go out of their way to get you the best deal on parts. The service dept is fast and helpful and honest; they deliver on-time and on-cost, or they tell you early why not. They've charged me less for labor than they could have more than once. I finally took it home and pulled it apart as to get new frame with same VIN. Put it together and had problems. took it back, and it is sitting again. He does good mechanical work at a reasonable price -- much less than the local H-D dealerships. There are usually some used bikes for sale at good prices -- mostly Harleys. He also sells a good variety of biker things in the front of the shop. He sponsors a lot of local rides, and his toy run is one of the best I've ever seen. Twin Jugs Stafford, VA	"Quality mechanical/service work done by guys who really take care of your scooter. Can't say enough good stuff about the care they take while working on your bike. I have recently paid for repairs to my bike which would have been under warranty, because I no longer trust any HD dealer at all. They've performed everything from maintenance to tuning my SERT, and all of it has been top notch. If you want it done right, go here.
