Stroker's Dallas Dallas, Texas	"I have been going into Stroker's for over a year now looking at the after market Big Dogs and Iron horse bikes they sell, as well as their used Harleys sold on consignment for people. My wife saw a 2001, 883 Sporster with 2100 miles on it; she had to have it. With all the extras on it, I though the asking price by whomever owned the bike was very reasonable, we decided to buy on the spot. After the deal was done the salesman told us he had a nice surprise for us - two days before, the owner reduced the price $2500, We got it below wholesale. Believe me there are dealers in the Dallas area that would have sold it for the original asking price of the owner and pocketed the rest. We were treated the same as the customer there buying $35,000 Iron Horses. This shows that Rick Fairless and his staff not only sell great bikes but treat people with the same respect as the true 'old school' bikers they are, with the love of the ride. I knew they were cheaper than any of the local Harley dealers and initially they appeared to want my business, until they found out I did not buy the bike from them. I spoke with two people in the service department and at first the answer was that they could not fit me into their schedule in the near term. Since I was traveling on business for the next several weeks I indicated that would not be a problem, just let me know when the service could be scheduled. They then said it would still be difficult to schedule me, at any time, and that ended the conversation. It was obvious to me by their attitudes that the sole reason they did not want my business was because I did not buy the bike there. If that is the case, they should acknowledge the fact and not just give me bogus reasons why they could not fit me into their schedule." - SA 08/06
