"Nothing but good things to say here. Work is always done right the first time, and prices are very reasonable (especially compared to local dealers). The owner is the guy sitting behind the counter, and is a very stand-up, no-nonsense guy. The technician has 30 years experience as a dealership wrench, and is top-notch. I've had custom paint, repairs, and maintenance done there, and have always been happy (and I'm pretty picky about stuff). The only problem is that the place behind an auto parts store, so without directions, you'll never find it." - RB 8/01

"Lots and lots of little boxes full of parts for Harleys. The owner will get  you anything you want and pretty fast. His prices are usually better than
mail-order. The owner goes out of his way to be helpful, but watch out,
he's a good salesman. He's always thinking of other parts and services you
might need.  I went in once for a new front tire and came out with a new
Wide Glide front end. He charges $45 per hour for mechanical services and his mechanic is competent. I've had a couple of instances where the mechanic forgot to tighten bolts that he loosened while doing work. The owner made good on any problems I didn't spot. This place is my first choice in the Southern New Hampshire region for parts." - ST 08/03
