"I want to give a 100% recommendation to the owner of CTM Customs.  He builds custom bikes as well as service and customizing big twins.  He performed the 5K service on my E-Glide at a substantial savings over the MOCO dealers around here and I had it back the next day.  He's a biker and loves what he does; and it shows in his work.  Give him a call or stop by for a chat." - RG 06/08

"Had some work done recently, wanted to fit a 150 on my DWG, which the dealer said couldn't be done.  Brought it in, they finished it in 1 day (front and rear tires), for less than the dealer charged for just the rear. Tires were balanced, new tubes and rim strips, and the rear w/alignment was spot on (I checked).  Good service, good folks, good prices." - PK 9/01

"I took my 1990 HD to a shop because my clutch was slipping, I told them to fix it and they quoted me an approximate cost depending on what parts were worn. The bike has almost 40k miles. I got the bike back and the clutch was slipping more than before I took it in. It was obvious they did not test drive it. I was a little pissed so I took it back in, they were going to adjust it. I get it back again, its a little better but it still slipped  under load. Again I take it back so they tell me it must be the clutch  spring needing replacement. I tell them to fix it I paid for a clutch so I  want it fixed. When I bring it in they want to charge me again for labor as  well as the part.  I feel that part should have been put in for the price of the part only.  With a bike of almost 40k miles the clutch spring should have been installed  when the clutch work was originally done. I feel like I got burned . The Spring is only a $25 part  it should have been replaced the first time while its torn apart and knowing the  miles on it. I was charged 2 labor costs because of their negligence." - SB 11/02

"I have had service performed at Eastern twice now, both with excellent results. I had a new exhaust installed, turn signals relocated, stage 1 kit, and the 1000 mile service done. I was actually referred to them buy a salesman at the local Harley dealer, and couldn't be happier." - JD 06/05

"An honest, reliable indie repair/maintenance shop.  The owner is a biker who loves what he's doing.  He builds custom, built to order Mafia style choppers, but he also does service and maintenance at a fair price.  He will take the time to discuss what you want, how it can be done, and how much it will cost.  I had the 5K service done on my '06 FLHTCI.  Less expensive than the dealer and even other local indie shops.  Bike was ready BEFORE promised, at the price given, and clean as a new bike.  I rate this shop and the owner as AAA+.  Give him a call, you'll be glad you did." - RG 04/08

"The best shop hands down of any I've used. Knowledgeable, friendly, no-nonsense place. It's a family-owned shop and the owner and his wife are there just about every day. They even have a bike or two on the floor at times. Reasonable rates and quality work. They did a renovation/expansion a few years back to accommodate a fair amount of accessories, t-shirts, and other paraphernalia. They are a true "old style" mom and pop wrenching joint with NO attitudes." - DD 7/01

"If you are in or near the Baltimore area, it would be worth the effort to find these folks. Long time in business, and for a good reason. Real people with a love for what they do, and they do it well. The owners have never been too busy to go digging to find me an old part or to pick up the phone to give some technical advice. I give them a 10." - TB 06/06
