"This has to be the best shop that I have ever dealt
with. When I had my battery problem from another shop he said to bring it
to him and he would warranty it as he had the same supplier. Also when I
had a bad rear tire on my Harley and no means of getting it to his shop,
he came by my house with a trailer and picked it up . He replaced the tire
and didn't charge for the pick up, He said that it was a free service of
his. The price of the tire, mounting, and balancing was even better then
other places. The owner is very well versed on Harley and has excellent
mechanics. Unlike others he will even answer questions and let you talk to
his mechanics if you have a problem that you might want to fix. This is
what I call service This is the way all shops should run their businesses.

"Great Customer Service! I travel every weekend from
San Diego to Bullhead City and Back.
I had the stator go out on my 2001 FLHTCUI between Blythe and Needles
Ca. A friend rescued me and recommended Arizona Performance Cycle to do
the work, I have the 5 year warranty so the owner called Harley and worked
out the warranty issues. Since I had to get back to San Diego by Sunday,
They went out of the way staying open late to repair my bike. It is the
best experience I have ever had with a shop, Independent or dealer, They

"This shop provides excellent service and courteous
attention to detail. Their management and shop technicians treat you as if
you are their only customer. They are on time and provide excellent
follow-up on repairs and customer service. They listen when you talk with
them and are genuinely concerned with your bikes welfare and your concerns

"I used to do business with this shop, note I said used
to. When it started to be run by another person it changed dramatically.
When I went to exchange a battery that I bought from them with a free
1-year replacement warranty, they would not exchange it. They even got a
bit testy with me about it as I was asking questions as to why not. He
finally said that it was because the battery looked funny to him and his
supplier would not warranty it. After the supplier came in I talked to him
and he said replace it, this in turn made the owner mad. I will never do
business with this shop again. I now do all my business with a shop about

and prices are very good. Best part is he does "ROAD CALLS " , so if your
broke down on the road, call him on your "cell" and he will come to you.

"Just heard Biker's Dream in Scottsdale has been moving
lots of bikes on consignment!! Too bad they didn't let the owners of
these bikes know that their bikes had sold. I had talked to someone
earlier in the year who told me that he had his bike in there to sell and
when he went in to see if it had sold yet, they told him that they had
just sold it the day before. However they didn't have a check for him nor
a buyers name or any info. Never did find out if he got his money or bike
back? Looks like they did that to lots of people according to 3 TV." - TC 9/01 |
