Q: Why doesn't my dealer's or shop's listing have any comments?

A: No comments for that dealer have been submitted  in the past 12 months. So get off your butt and send some one in.

Q:  I sent in a comment but I don't see it on the website.  Where is it?

A:  If you received a return confirmation e-mail, then it should appear on the website soon.  Comments are usually uploaded within 24 hours.  If you don't see it soon, re-send your comments.  If you didn't receive  a confirmation e-mail then you used a bad e-mail address.

Q:  What happened to my comments, they we're there the last time I looked?

A: If the comments were older than 12 months, it was moved to the archive for that particular state.  Click on the word "Archive" on that page to see older comments

Q:  Does Harley-Davidson know about this website? What do they think?

A: We have been told that at a recent dealership convention, the Motor Co. had mentioned our site to the attending dealers.  Details of the conversation are unknown to us.

Q: What are those goofy looking  icons next to some dealer's names?

A: Go to the Authorized Stealers & Dealers page. It explains it there.

Q: Who pays you to do this site?

A: No one!  We do this out of the kindness of our heart and we try to keep this site free of advertising.

Q: Why are there so many more negative comments than positive comments?

A: Human nature?  We can't answer that!
