"This is the first dealer out of about 25 that I
have at one time called or visited truly puts the customer first. The
sales representative is very professional and is what a good sales person
should be; a good listener to the customers' needs. It is really sad that
we as customers tolerate the attitudes of some of the other stealers that
are out there. Remember, there are some good dealers out there and this
guy is one of them! Oh, by the way. They sell the bikes at list price with
no "add-on" crap that you didn't request." - KW 4/01
"This dealer only sells to people who live "in their market area" (Pa, Oh, &
WV.)"

"Purchased two used Dressers and a new Dresser from these
guys. Great deal on the used bikes and got the new 03 FLHTCUI at MSRP.
Excellent service department, just received Dealer News top 100 award.
Anytime I needed parts, they had them on hand, never have had to wait for
repair parts for the bikes. Have seen riders that broke down on the road
getting their bikes repaired at his dealership. They drop everything and
get you back on the road as quickly as possible." - BS 02/03 |

"According to well known motorcycle publication,
this dealer sells new Harleys at or near MSRP"
"Bought a 2003 Road
King at Vreeland's HD. I am from NC and they were the only dealer I could
find that was willing to deal with someone from out of state and sell the
bike at MSRP. I looked from FL all the way up the east coast until I found
Vreeland's. Everyone else had some kind of condition, like I had to take an
extended warranty, buy so much worth of accessories, just said they wouldn't
deal with someone out of state or was selling it any where from $1000 up,
over MSRP because they said they could. Many dealers ( sales people,
including some owners ) were arrogant and showed very little if any customer
service skills. When I picked up the bike they went over every little
detail and even tied it down on my trailer. Everyone at the dealer, owner,
salesperson, service technician, parts and accessory persons, I met was
nice, courteous and genuinely interested in helping or just talking. My
experience was a very pleasant one and I would highly recommend
them." - FR 04/03 |

"Stumbled on these guys on my way back from
Allentown on 309. Dealership is just built & they moved in from a
smaller one. Dealership is HUGE! Actually has loads of parking, a
warehouse sized place with lots of service bays. No Idea what their
service is like or if they are MSRP. Nice parts counter. Lots of parts on
wall for browsers like me (no need to ask for help). Courteous counter
staff. Large clothing display with lots of sizes. Bought nice jacket for
wife, good price on sale. Not many bikes on floor when I was there (used
or otherwise). Had a lot of room for them though. Showroom was sized like
a large car dealer or something. Will probably stop back to check them out
again." - WW 7/00
"I just ordered a 2002 FLHT-C from these guys. I would
characterize them as a small dealer in a big building. The salesman
made me feel very comfortable and took plenty of time to answer my
questions. They sell for MSRP but add $340 for dealer prep, which is
a little high in this area. They also offer a nice discount on extras
purchased within 30 days of the delivery. Their waiting list was the
shortest in this area by a nice margin. Huge showroom with lots of
accessories and a large service department. Good dealer." - KC 4/01
"I've only bought parts from them but their counter people are top
notch. Super knowledgeable, courteous, patient. I had to return two
passing lamps that were broke out of the box and there were no
questions....they replaced them (even installed them into the shells for
me while doing the paperwork. Other parts I've bought have always been
correct, never got the wrong part. I'm mid-point between four HD dealers
and they now get all my business." - DD 03/02

#1 CYCLE CENTER
Centre Hall, PA

|
"#1 Cycle Center is a mixed bag. Owner has
been in the business for 20 years and used to be more of a biker than a
business man which he seems to be now. They aren't afraid to show just how
well off the got being the only H-D dealer in 50 miles in any direction.
Nice new big building. Fairly strong and active Hog chapter. Couple of
real good mechanics but the rest of the people there are kids with new
T-shirts and a bit of attitude. They sell at MSRP but add a
charge for "crating" after the shipping and set-up costs."
- MM 6/01 "Owner has a beautiful new facility with top notch equipment
including a dyno. However, they have the attitude of the only shop within an
hour drive and it shows. Bike prices are averaging 500-1000 more than other
shops thanks to there BS fees. They're quick to bad mouth other shops and
the owner was actually quoted at a bar as saying "if they don't hurt when
they leave I didn't hammer (not actual) them enough." - MS 03/02
"Thought I might drop a e-mail to you about my recent purchase. After 12yr's
of doing without I finally got back in the saddle! I bought a 2002 FXDWG. I
went to #1 Cycle Center. They were the best bunch of people you would
want to deal with. The owners, to all the salespeople treated me very
well. #1 has a friendly and customer oriented shop. The gang at #1 are all
#1 with me!" - TC 04/02
"Just purchased a 2003 Deuce from No. 1 Cycle Center. This is my first HD. I
was treated great from day one. I was given the "out the door price" up
front. Price was MSRP plus 350 for set up and 595 for shipping. Salesman,
service and parts guys all took the time to show me different bikes and
accessories. I have no complaints about the whole Harley Davidson
experience. Several colleagues drive past another HD Dealer to buy here." -
SF 08/02
"Just bought a 2003 Road King Classic, my first bike but definitely not my
last from #1 Cycle Center. All the employees treated me great from the time
I walked in the door until I rode out with my bike. I was taken around by my
salesman to meet all the department managers, where I was given free items
by each department. I was even introduced to the owner. All the employees
were very professional and informative and didn't talk down to me since I
was a new rider. I got the bike for MSRP, which from what I understand is
rare for an HD dealer. All the accessories and riding gear I wanted were in
stock. The service department was spotless and I got my accessories put on
within hours of my bike's arrival and rode it home the same day it came in,
a week ahead of schedule. I will definitely buy my next bike from #1. I just
stopped in again yesterday and they had over 100 bikes available." - JS

"We have owned our Harley for 2 years, purchased at another dealer. We just
picked up a used '74 Sportster, in beautiful shape, so that my wife and I
can both ride. We drive over 40 miles to get to the #1 dealership. The
staff and service are the best we have encountered. They are professional,
friendly, and really know their business. We have checked out other
dealerships for their service and prices...#1 continues to beat them all.
We recommend #1 to all our co-horts on bikes. If you are looking for a new
or used Harley; you are in need of parts, accessories or motorclothes; or
you are in need of service then your stop should be the #1 Cycle
Center....they are the best in the business." - RF 05/03
"My husband and I wanted to learn to ride last summer, so we stopped by #1
for information. We were greeted warmly & with respect - they told us how
to sign up for the MSF course, helped us pick out and set up our bikes, sold
them to us at MSRP, & got them here for us 3 months earlier than we'd
originally asked for. As ignorant newbies, they could have totally ripped
us off. Instead, the sales, parts, service & clothing staff have given
freely of their time & knowledge, consistently steering us to the right
choices rather than always the most expensive ones. The more I've learned
about bikes & other dealers, the more impressed I am with how well they've
taken care of us, besides just being unbelievably NICE people to deal with.
Everyone there has gone "the extra mile" in every single interaction.
Professional, knowledgeable, customer-oriented, with great hearts -- you
couldn't ask for more." - VB 05/03
"Bought a 96 Road king in October of 03 from these guys , the owners
manual was missing the salesman promised to get me one . Three calls and 4
months later still do not have it .feel cheated." - NA 01/04
"We had purchased a new Harley a few years ago from a competing dealer. #1
Cycle has always made us feel at home, and very helpful with our questions
and problems. We elected to buy our new '05 from them and the experience
has been exceptional. The parts, service, and sales staff have been
wonderful to work with. Definitely above the call considering we were not
"their" bike customer, but always felt like we were." - BS 02/05 |

"Excellent Experience at Hannums. always MSRP. went to
settle for an 05 blk night train, also really like the FXSTI. salesman
showed me a blk FXSTI and offered to sell 1000 below MSRP. told salesman I
really wanted an 04 lava red night train but couldn't find one, five minutes
later he came back and said he found one out on long island. next day with
no money down they went and got it. they put FXSTI and FXSTBI side by side 2
days later and let me chose, no money down. Now that's above and beyond. I
now have a killer lava red fuel injected night train." - GS 01/05 |

"This dealership is great! The sales staff is friendly,
i.e.-they shake my hand every time I walk in the door. Parts and service
departments are equally great. Asked them what a 2000 FXST would cost me,
and the salesperson laid out the H-D booklet and told me it would cost
exactly as stated in the book. I obviously purchased from them. Only stock
a couple of bikes on the floor. They are a smaller dealership. Family
owned. But, as soon as you walk through the doors, you feel as if you are
part of that family. Highly recommend. Very good, honest dealership." - EH
11/01 "I e-mailed this dealer inquiring as to the availability
of 2004 models, indicating options, colors, etc. and received a prompt
reply. "Yes Mr. So&So", "Thank you for your inquiry, a representative will
contact you shortly in order to discuss your request personally". That was
a month ago and no dice. Oh well...guess I will spend my cash elsewhere." -

"I've been to a lot
of Harley dealers, but I've never seen one that shows more concern for
there customers. Tim Crissman in Parts and the Service Techs are all
first-rate guys. A lot of the dealers just don't seem to care, but
Street Track 'n Trail really does. They also do killer custom
jobs." - BP 2/00
"Small multi-brand dealer and Honda auto dealership - I talked to
Steve on 9/3/99 looking specifically for a Sinister Blue FLHTCUI. They
sell @ MSRP from a list. Yesterday (3/20/00) he called with the bike I
wanted at the price I wanted to pay. 15% off accessories at time of
purchase, 10% discount after that. They also include the 1000-mile first
service with the deal and will knock 20% off helmets with the sale. This
is the first dealer that actually made me feel like they WANTED my
business and were willing to go the extra mile to earn it. Now THAT'S
different! I'm getting my deposit back from a closer dealer that insisted
on numerous accessories. I was expecting delivery next week but I'd rather
do business with someone that treats me like a valued customer." - TM

"Sales manager recently told me that for the first time ever they'll be
charging above MSRP for 2003 models, $1500 added on for the Anniversary
"Specials" and $1000 for the red, white or blue Pearls. The owners are
meeting resistance from customers and salespersons alike so this new sales
philosophy may change depending on how the 03s sell. All other
aspects of the dealership are top notch, friendly sales, service & parts
folks that remember your name and take care of your needs. 10% discount
for Nat'l HOG members on parts and accessories." - TM 07/02 |

MSRP. While on vacation in PA went into Dubois dealer and they gave me the
bike I wanted at MSRP. Only problem was has to wait 6 months. Got a phone

when I arrive will be equally as good. Give them a call if you are looking
for a new bike at MSRP." - MG 03/02 |

People at Apple H-D. Special people make all the difference It's a jungle
out there but on my new 2003 Sportster I'm a Tiger! - MB 04/03 "I am 20 years old and ride a 2003 Superglide. I bought
the bike at Apple H-D. I had owner himself as a salesman and I think he is a
little pushy, in a sense he told me what bike I had to buy. I knew i wanted
a Superglide but i failed to tell him that. I was getting a Superglide
because it was the cheapest of the big twin and a bike I could build into my
own. I tried to look around but was intercepted every time. I still bought
my bike there because it was the only one around in gunmetal pearl in stock
that I could get in a short amount of time. For that reason and that reason
alone I now buy my parts from #1 Cycle Center." - BS 02/05 "I
recently bought a 2005 FLSTFI from Apple H-D. When I first went there, I
wasn't sure whether I wanted a FXDWG or a FLSTFI. The sales staff was very
helpful and patient, even though I visited the dealership several times
before I made a commitment. The owner, himself, provided me with a lot of
information and ultimately, I realized that I would not be as comfortable
taking a FXDWG on long rides. I was very impressed to see a business owner
spend that much time working with a customer. Since the purchase of my
bike, I have put 3K+ on it! The guys in the Service Department have been
great! I get all of my work done at Apple because their techs do great
work. I visited other dealers in the area, when I was looking for a bike.
Most of them seemed to have hidden costs attached and none of them seemed to
want to talk much, unless I gave them money or filled out a credit
application. I tell all my friends that are looking to buy a bike to go to
Apple." - SA 10/05 |

"Sold me my bike at MSRP with only a little wait which was
exceptional considering how much bikes at almost all the other nearby stealers
are marked up. But what really makes you want to part with your cash here
is that everyone is so helpful and friendly. My salesman (Jim) made sure I
was going to get on a bike, Parts guys are cool and the owner, Stretch,
always walks around taking time to talk to everyone in the store." -

"I purchased my 2000 Road King from Smaltz's H-D. They sell at
MSRP and have been wonderful to deal with. I strongly recommend that if
you can pay a visit to this store, bring your checkbook. The entire staff
are there to serve their customers and the new store is great. So, stop by
and tell them one of their customers "Larry" recommended that you stop
by!! You'll be totally satisfied with the service from Sales, Parts,

"Sells at MSRP, gives discounts to HOG members. The best sales and
service you will ever find. All personnel ride or race and really know
what they are doing; they install performance parts and kits from Harley
and Zippers, at reasonable prices! Did an absolutely first class job for
me and everyone I know." - VK 02/01
"Started shopping for an '02 Road King late in August. Called Smaltz's
on the advice of a friend and was told there were two of exactly what I
wanted coming in the late fall. The salesman said just stop in with $500
refundable and I could put my name on one for MSRP plus freight and set
up. Now--being from the Mike's Famous HD area --this sounded too good to
be true. Rode out the next day and I'm happy to say it was all true. I
picked up my new bike in November and have been smiling ever since. They
even consigned and sold my 'Glide in the off season which was a big
bonus. From deposit to delivery Smaltz's has been one fantastic place to
do business. No list's, no fluff, no hype, just great service from great
people at a great place." - BB 12/01

"sells for MSRP. 6 month wait for dressers although
they've got a Y2K standard on the floor ready to go....... 10% accessory
discount for members of their local HOG good for 30 days after the sale.
They want a $1000 refundable deposit to place an order. The solo salesman
always seems to be busy and takes your number to return your call but
never does." - TM 10/99 "I started having some engine trouble on the return leg
of my run to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in Cleveland a couple years
ago. I limped in to Erie H-D and approached the service counter with great
apprehension. After explaining the problem and the fact that I was 600
miles from home, the service manager had one of his guys drop what he was
doing and start working on my bike. Intake seals and ignition wires were
replaced under warranty. The guys were terrific and didn't even mind me
hanging around the shop while they worked. Too bad I don't live nearby...
I'd give them all my business." - CR 04/02
"It was 11pm and we were
traveling Rt. 90 on our way to Michigan when the clutch gave out on our 1996
Road King. What stunned us was that we had just had the clutch replaced 4
days earlier. Needless to say we were steamed that we were stuck. After
being rescued and resting overnight, we called the Harley shop at 7:30 am
Saturday morning and someone picked up the phone. We were amazed! She told
us that the remaining staff wouldn't be in until 8:30, but that she would
have someone out to pick us up ASAP. Sure enough at 8:45am the truck and
Harley trailer rolled in, picked us up, loaded the bike and had us back to
the shop by 9 am when the shop opened. The service department immediately
took the bike in and determined that the clutch was indeed shot. They called
the shop that we had had the work done in, explained what they found and
made arrangements that all work would be covered. While we were waiting for
them to replace the clutch the salesmen entertained us with Harley tales,
news of upcoming events at the PA Hog Rally and as those conversations wound
down, they wheeled out a Dresser and offered us the use of it to take a ride
around the State Park a few miles away. When we returned the bike was
repaired. As we got underway again, both my boyfriend and I expressed what a
great experience it had been to break down in Erie, PA. Thank you, Erie
Harley for your commitment to excellent customer service. With the
hospitable atmosphere of the city, we were sure that the State HOG rally
would be enjoyed by all attendees." - MH 08/02 |

tee's its a new dealer & cant

of those "boutique" dealerships. Very few bikes, but lots of nick-nacks,
expensive clothes and general junk. Parts guys are OK, but they stock
NOTHING for older bikes (like my old Shovelhead) and not much for my '91
FLHT." - JO 10/01 "We cannot say enough good things about this
dealership. We have visited there for new bike questions, parts, and
motorclothes and always left with the WOW! feeling. Ideal new location,
beautiful setting and awesome store layout. Huge inventory of everything.
Staff must know what it means to please the customer, very informative -
friendly - attentive - thorough. They sell Harleys at MSRP! If the service
department meets the same standard as the rest of the store, then you have
the PERFECT DEALERSHIP!" - GA 07/02 "We called Battlefield H-D for a service appt. The phone
rang and rang for several hours with no answer and then when we got through
to someone, they put us on HOLD for the service dept. After hanging on the
line with no answer for about 15 mins, finally hung up, called back about an
hour later and still could get no answer at the service dept. so we left a
message for the service dept. to return our call. The next afternoon some
guy called. He proceed to tell me that my husband had *just called about 5
minutes ago* and he was returning the call. I told him that was not true
that we had called yesterday, a full 24 hours ago! When he took the bike in
to get the brake job done, he told them about how we had been placed on HOLD
and then had no return call for 24 hours and they apologized. So they do the
brake work OK, but upon releasing the bike, they report that there's a short
in the electrical system. Our bike had never had any erratic short problems
before and never had we experienced it not starting. But after the brakes
were done, all of a sudden after the bike was parked in the garage
overnight, the next day it would not start. How strange that this short
never gave us a problem UNTIL the brakes were worked on. Several days
later someone called with a follow-up call from Battlefield H-D wanting to
know how their service was and if we were satisfied. My husband told the
caller, yes, the brakes are fine now, but your service dept. had reported
there being a "short" which we need to set up an appt. to have looked at.
It was offered by the called to have the service dept. call us back. That
would be fine. Later that afternoon, I answer the phone and it was someone
from Battlefield H-D. This guy proceeds to tell me he has a message there
that we have a brake problem and need to make an appt. WHAT? We have no
brake problem and never said any such thing to the first caller! Strange.
Very very strange. We will give this dealer ONE MORE chance, but I have to
wonder what the next big expensive problem will be that all of a sudden
develops while they are fixing the short?" - LW 10/04 |

care of the customer. I Drove 100 Miles just to meet Co-Owner, and he truly
did right by me. No BS, "Are you sure that you want this type of bike, are
you sure of this and that?" The lack of pressure, and the true commitment to
the customer. I could be living in Alaska, and I would still buy from Spirit

that a recall had come from Milwaukee, and I wouldn't be able to ride it.
The bike was paid for, paperwork done, and signed. But they were looking out

here. It is rare anymore to feel appreciated, as a paying customer should

moved into the area, I visited their little store because I was looking to
upgrade to a new Ultra. The old store was small, crowded, and wasn't real
impressive. But the owners were great. I bought my new Ultra for MSRP, and
even sold my old FXDWG to them because the offered me more then it was worth

Spirit has also moved into a new spacious facility." - BN 02/02 |

"Overall a very nice place, girls that work in the
clothing and accessory department are usually very friendly and try to be
helpful. I never actually purchased a bike from SVHD and have no experience
with the Sales Dept. I have had my bike serviced there several times for
various problems and although I get very angry at the assistant service
manager at times, when she finally makes sure the work is done, it is done
correctly. Almost every time they work on something the bill ends up being
higher as they always seem to find something else that needs
repaired/replaced as well, never seem to get out for less than a thousand
bucks, but we do have an older Ultra with 70 thousand miles on it. I started
to have them save the old parts and admit they may be a little fussy, but I
often tell them I don't want to break down on the road so if it
questionable, replace it - I guess they are doing what I request." - JL
08/05 "Purchased new '06 Street Glide. Added over 5K in HD accessories.
Bike never made it off the lot before problems begin. I couldn't get my toe
under the new shifter (small problem) Check engine light came on. Dealer
looked at bike immediately. Corrected shifter, but couldn't determine what
the check engine light code was for. Told me to return for 1st service and
they would fix light at that time. Bike is now in the shop for three weeks
and they still haven't fixed it. I have received ONE telephone call from
dealership in three weeks. Service Manager stated that they do not know how
to fix the bike. They have remapped ECM, installed new ECM and now have
ordered an actuator and cable. Spoke with General Manager and Service
Manager. Neither has accepted any responsibility for correcting the problem.
Their position is that when Harley tells them how to fix it, they will.
Until then....too bad. I wouldn't buy or service there again given any type
of choice." - JY 11/05 |

Prices are slightly over MSRP (includes 1000 & 2500 mile services)

accessories on bike if ordered by you. Live in NJ and no problem
selling out of state." - BL 4/00 "Baer Sport Center is the kind of dealership that
gives HD a good name. The folks there are kind, helpful and most
importantly, they're in business because they love motorcycling, not
money. The prices are fair, and the service consistently good. They are
very community-minded and do whatever they can help out. I have been a
customer for over 15 years, and the fact that I live only 3 miles from

very nice not pushy to get a sale. I explained I would like delivery after
winter like April, he suggested I come down in November. I explained I don't
want delivery in the middle of the winter and he understood. NO pressure or
attitude. I will order from Jacks HD in Langhorne PA" - BP 08/02
"I
bought a Y2k XL1200Custom from them 3 years ago at MSRP and they bent over
backwards for me. It had a few problems but they handled them all with the
utmost courtesy, even picking the bike up in their enclosed trailer. They
even gave me a $100 gift certificate to apologize for an error in
diagnostics. They now do all the service on my FXDL even though Dean's HD is
only 5 miles away. They have numerous open houses and free lunches. They get
my vote." - CC 02/03 "I just had an extensive upgrade done to my 02
FB at Brian's Harley. I have to say the quality and concern that Brian's
service dept. had is second to none. The job they did was no less than
perfect and they really took care of the bike like it was there own. This
was a different experience that I received compared to the dealer that sold
me the bike and could care less about customer service. There newly expanded
48,000 sq ft building is super. Even though the bike was purchased in Ocean
County New Jersey I will never have it serviced there. A few of my riding
buddies recently purchased their new bikes at Brian's at list price with no
add-on's." - GM 02/04 "I arranged a bike purchase over the phone
(from the left coast), arrived on the east coast, I had some details taken
care of, and I was off to Milwaukee. The purchase and build of bike were
handled well-although some sloppiness had to be corrected-and the whole
transaction was a good one. They were nice folks, and the pricing was
decent, especially since I purchased a load of other pieces at the same
time. They seem like they try hard to make things right, and they usually
try to do that the first time." - BY 04/04 |

"Our son has been saving for quite a while to buy a Sportster. He
finally saved enough money to be able to get one, but most dealers in our
area would not work with him and treated him as if he was wishful
thinking. He had cash in hand but they would not order a bike for him
without full payment up front or ordering $1500 worth of options that he
did not want. From the second we walked into White's he was treated as if
he was a life long customer. They ordered the bike the way that he wanted
it at MSRP (out the door price was far below what other area dealers claim
to be MSRP). They treated him with complete respect even though they knew
he was only 17. As a result, we will be ordering 2 more bikes within the
next 3 months from them, even though they are 60 miles away from our
home. Everyone who works there was nothing but courteous and
professional." - RF 11/01
"I absolutely love this dealership. Bikes are at MSRP. No dealer prep
or add-ons. The service department treated me as if I really mattered, and
the salesman I bought the bike from was most helpful. I did get extras on
my Fatboy, but it was what I wanted, not what the dealer thought I would
like. Definitely go here!" - RK 08/03
"In 2002 our two sons, ages 18 and 20, went to White's HD in Lebanon to
buy their new Harleys and were treated as if they were the most important
customers in the dealership by Jed regardless of their ages. He bent over
backwards getting them financing and making sure the bikes were exactly as
they wanted them. When White's opened their second store, Iron Valley HD
on rte 72 in Manheim, we had no doubt where we were going to take our
daughter-in-law to get her Buell Blast. Jed now runs this store. He
remembered us as soon as we walked in the store. Once again he bent over
backwards to help her to get financing even though she just got her
license and had no real established credit. He even lowered the price $600
to get the down payment down to where she had enough. Even though this was
a Buell Blast, he treated her as if it was the most expensive Harley in
the shop. Needless to say, we will always recommend either of these
dealerships." - DF 08/03

"I never bought a bike at this dealership. I do go there for some parts
and info and they treat me just great. They are happy to see you. They
also have a FREE lunch of dogs and burgers on the grill and sodas, chips
etc. every Sunday. Nice time to meet everyone and check out other's bikes.
Along with the food, is a sidewalk sale and some good prices. The
dealership just moved into their beautiful new building. They have a
number of new and used bikes. A cool place. Parts hanging on the walls in
groups according to type of bike and plenty of clothing for everyone. Even
the pet!" - JA 06/02 "As a woman buying her first H-D, I was very pleased with the treatment
that I got at Classic. The salesman went over the entire bike and
explained everything to me. My husband and I have purchased 4 bikes now
from them and wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is both professional
and friendly and the women in the Motorclothes department are extremely
helpful; making sure that what you buy (helmets, boots, jackets, etc.) are
the perfect fit. Although they are 1.5 hours away from where we live, I
wouldn't buy a bike anywhere else." - JL 04/05 |

"I had the opportunity to stop in here recently while
visiting my wife's relatives. These are some of the nicest people you could
ever meet and a beautiful shop. My wife was recently looking for a chrome
battery box for her Hugger and could not locate it in Florida where we
live, It was on back order everywhere. She called this shop and they had
it. During multiple visits we met nearly everyone in the shop. The service
manager even came out to meet us and told us if we ever had the bikes up
there to stop in if we needed anything. They had a large inventory of bikes
and sell at MSRP, even out of state. They will also ship you parts and
acc. PA has no sales tax on clothing. They are located right on the
highway, easy to get to. We purchased many items from them and plan to do
more business there. A real pleasure. They could give lessons to many of
the shops I've visited or heard about." - LW 11/01 "I recently bought
a 2002 low rider from these people and they were the only people in central
and eastern PA that had one, good inventory of bikes later in the spring,
best pricing, and everyone from sales to the person cleaning the bikes were
very pleasant and took pride in my bike like it was their own." - BW 06/02 "Drove 2+ hours to dealer. Purchased 200+ dollars worth
of Xmas gifts on Dec.11. Daughters jeans were too long. Returned on Feb. 7
(as the trip was long, return was not immediate). Tags were on jeans,
stickers, etc. Never worn. Wanted to exchange. Same color, etc. just needed
shorter jeans. HD refused to exchange jeans because their 30 day policy
doesn't allow them to do so. Got back into car, drove another hour to
Mansfield HD where they were kind enough to exchange jeans for another exact
(but shorter) pair. This $34. even exchange earned them another $125. sale
and guess where my husband just bought a new HD? Not in Williamsport, but 3+
hours away in Mansfield. If you can't handle dealing with jeans how can you
offer customer service on a bike?" - PC 02/05
"These people really
know what they are doing in this business. The sales staff was very helpful
and informative when I was buying my first H-D, I asked a lot of questions
and they had all the answers! The motorclothing girls were very friendly and
helped me pick out all the newest Harley Davidson apparel that I would need
to look great on my new H-D. I give this dealership TWO THUMBS UP! Way to go
Horsepower H-D. I will definitely be back for more!" - SD 05/05
"I have been to many dealerships in the past 43 years but have never been
to one that was so focused on customer service. From the moment you walk
into this dealership you are greeted by a friendly smile and offered a cup
of coffee. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. The biggest
thing that really stuck out was their events that are held weekly that are
free of charge and a great place to meet other H-D enthusiast and friends.
On any given weekend you can see as many as 300 to 1000 bikes. Keep up the
great work!" - JS 05/05 |

"According to well known motorcycle publication,
this dealer sells new Harleys at or near MSRP" "This dealer is the
best. Their service is great. I bought a 2001 Sportster 1200S last year for
MSRP. Unfortunately I now live in Texas and have to put up with the price
gouging that's so prevalent here. My next bike I'm going to call Hannums and
see if I can pick it up there and ride it back to Texas." - GF 12/01
"Very nice to work with. I'm from GA but they let me order a FLHRI. I
waited 7 months but they sold for MSRP (+$500 for freight and setup).
Atlanta dealers are charging thousands over that. Worth the trip. Nice
staff, honest, courteous, friendly." - ES 05/02
"I went to the dealer a few times to ask some questions and the salesman I
talked to was very helpful. However, when I went back to the dealer to put
money down the friendly salesman was no longer there, and ended up with the
sales manager. So, in 09/01, I put the required $200 deposit down for a
2002 Jade Sunglow XL1200C. I was told that I should hear from them in 4-6
months. Three months later, the sales manager calls me and says that he has
a dark blue XL1200C that had been passed by people above me on the list and
I was next. I said I wanted it and took off work that afternoon to make the
hour long drive to the stealer. When I got there, he shows me a purple
Fatboy and says "Here it is!!" So I said, um, nice bike but I ordered a
Sportster and you told me an hour ago that you had one here for me. He is
then very confused, takes my name off the tag on the Fatboy and tells me
that the Sportster he spoke to me about on the phone is on hold. Thanks for
nothing! I said keep me on the list for my jade sunglow Sportster, but I
will consider other colors. I didn't hear anything for the next 3 months,
which is 6 months from when I put my deposit down. I call up the same sales
manager and say that it has been 6 months and that you told me that it would
be a 4-6 month wait. I was wondering if he had heard anything. He acts
like he has no idea of what I am talking about. Then tells me that he just
ordered the bikes for the last sales quarter of 2002 and my order was not on
there. For three straight quarters, he never ordered my bike!! Then told
me, if I am lucky, he will put in my order for a 2003 Sportster and I should
have it by October, over a year from when I put my money down. I got my
deposit back and bought a used black 2001 XL1200C from a local Indian
dealer. I would not even buy a quart of oil from Hannum's." - DY 08/02 "I just picked up my
new 2005 Fatboy. I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated at every
point in the purchase process, from my initial contact, right on through
pick-up last night. The sales people, the finance people, the parts people.
Everyone. All were friendly, polite, and helpful, and I called them a LOT
with questions over the last few weeks. Also, I had new mufflers and air
cleaner installed (stage1) before I picked it up. They gave me the stock
parts that they had removed in a box and I never had to ask them. They just
gave them to me. Lots of free merchandise, rebates, tee shirts, coupons,
etc. and they charged me MSRP for the bike. This was probably the best
vehicle purchase experience I've ever had." - CL 06/05 |

"New owners same old cocky bad attitude sales force. No
MSRP all bikes are sold at what they think is market price. If you work for
the factory that builds these great bikes they don't even want to talk to
you. Owner rolled his head and eyes and said I don't even want to deal with
anybody from the factory. Take the time and go to White's H-D." - TR 9/01 "I purchased an '03 XL1200 in Oct. '02. I'd visited the
showroom twice before I committed to purchasing. On both visits I was
greeted when I entered the showroom and wasn't hassled while looking at the
bikes. On the day I put money down (they insisted on $1000) on my bike, I
was assisted by the Sales Manager, who was helpful but "low key". He
answered my questions when I had one, but wasn't pushy. This is not a large
dealership compared to some I've been to in the area (but that isn't
necessarily a BAD thing). The bike was sold at MSRP + a $500 set up fee.
The paperwork process went smoothly. Included in the sale of the bike was a
15% discount on any installed parts (not labor), plus a coupon worth $50 off
the 1st scheduled maintenance. A few days later I took delivery--the bike
was detailed really well. The delivery process took about an hour and
included introductions to most of the staff at the shop, as well as detailed
verbal info on the operation of the bike from the Sales Manager. This is my
1st H-D and I didn't really know what to expect with regard to pricing,
set-up fees etc. The prices for the doo-dads and shirts are as high as any
other shop in the area, but my overall experience at Appalachian was as good
as it gets." - RR 01/03 "A rep lied to me twice: 1) Something like, "They're
taking your bike for a test ride and you'll be ready to go in just a little
bit." A few minutes later, the same rep approached me to ask if I had the
keys on me. I did. Hmm, so you were blowing smoke up my patiently-waiting
butt when you mentioned the test ride? 2) "They're detailing your bike out
back right now." The bike hadn't been touched with one drop of Windex or any
other type of cleaner. Not that I needed that, but I certainly didn't need
the second instance of smoke-blowing. Appalachian, according to
another rep, is now the largest HD dealership on the east coast, however
they don't have winter storage available for this winter. Would've been nice
if they'd considered that, yeah, we might get snow in Pennsylvania.
I'm a sometime grudge holder and have, in the past, boycotted dealerships.
Cumberland Kawasaki got my $ versus another J-brand dealership for similar
petty missteps. In retail, service is king. Appalachian has people
representing them who could certainly do better." - CJ 12/05 |

"I got an MSRP deal on my '01 Softail Standard. They even
took pity on me and got me into a bike in August when it was revealed that
the bike I ordered wouldn't arrive until 12/00 or 3/01. I ended up
picking up my new bike on the same day that I sold my old one and was
never without a ride. They always seem happy to see you when you
show up." - DS 3/01
"I have purchased two bikes from Montgomery County H-D. Both bikes were
sold at MSRP. It took the better part of a year to get a Softail Standard,
but when I moved up to the Ultra Classic, they had one in stock. I was not
asked to buy any extra accessories nor was I forced to buy an extended
service plan. They also provide free lunch on Sunday during the riding
season." - RM 08/02
"After recent trip to and from Alaska on my FXD, I was ready to upgrade
to a touring model. Went in and checked out a late-model Ultra Classic.
The general manager, who does the does the trade-in appraisals, first
really low-balled me on my trade in. I fully expected that, but his
rudeness was not what I had been accustomed to at this dealership. His
rudeness caused me to just walk out. I went back in several minutes later
and asked if that was his best offer. He upped the offer to one that
would have been acceptable, except the rudeness just seethed out of him.
I took my title, my money for the new bike and walked. Called this guy
later and told him he really screwed the deal. Unfortunately, the owners
were out of town for a month. I wonder how much business this guy spoils
for them." - WS 08/02
"I picked up my new 2001 FLHRCI from Montgomery County H-D on Sept 14,
2000. The salesperson was very helpful from the day I ordered until
the day I picked up the bike when it arrived months later on schedule. I
have visited Montgomery County H-D too many times to count since Sept 2000
and I have only great things to say about the dealership. Everyone there
is very knowledgeable about their department and very helpful. I have had
scheduled maintenance as well as numerous new parts installed by the
Service Department, where everything has been done on-time and correctly.
In fact, I have seen many employees go well above what I would consider
normal customer service - and that's hard to find nowadays. Montgomery
County H-D has made me a loyal customer and friend because of the
employees, owners and the excellent service they provide." - DR 03/03

"After getting back into riding after a many-year hiatus,
I decided on a Harley. From first time I set foot in the dealership, the
service was outstanding. This truly did come from the "top" down. The
owners (Schaeffer Family) have truly instilled customer service into their
culture. There was no pressure, just friendly guidance and honesty. Since
that purchase in July of '03 (VROD), I have returned to the store several
times per week and will always give them whatever business I can. I would
highly recommend you shop this dealership for any of your needs. Well worth
a stop-in before you commit elsewhere!" - CM 04/04 "I bought my 03
Softail Standard from Schaffer's for a great price and have had great
service ever since. Only one problem with one of the services which was a
leak from the derby cover, I discovered the following day. I called and
this was resolved as soon as I took the bike back after work. The service
manager even took the time to explain what happened with an O-ring which was
great. I was up the day after Memorial day for a 10k service, I was
checking out a Road King on the floor and they noticed me checking the bike
out. Well after some small talk and my excuse about the bike was not black,
he walked off for a minute, returning to tell me one was coming in at the
end of the month. Well I talked to a salesman and laid out a deposit and
now looking forward to taking delivery any day now. Oh, I did stop at
another dealer (closer to me), and was given a price of $2k more and the
only difference was pearl paint. I highly recommend Schaeffer's to anyone
who wants a great deal at or below MSRP." - RL 06/05 "Great
dealership, I never rode before and was looking for a new bike that would
fit my ability and budget. The sales staff couldn't have treated me better (
I hate the car dealer experience normally). The owners and family are always
there and really value their customers. When the bike came in, I explained
that I just got my license, they had the bike delivered to my house so I
wouldn't have to ride on the highway home. The service dept. over the last
year has been excellent. There are closer dealers to my house but the extra
35 miles is worth the drive." - JM 07/05 |

& caring. Pricing was MSRP. Insurance readily available. As we are
both novices, Our bikes were delivered to the house-no charge. Slight
problem finding -N- on the wife's bike, mechanic came to the house to
adjust clutch cable. These people are top notch in my book." - MB
6/01 "Showed up looking for a new road king classic. Bought the bike for
list. Received a 20% discount on any merchandise they sell for a year from
date of purchase. Courteous staff, knowledgeable mechanics, excellent
people. Also the whole deal was made over the phone with a $500 deposit on
my credit card. The bike was delivered in about 5 weeks just the way I
ordered it, two-tone blue and ice. When I received the call to pick up the
bike I asked them to do a little work to it (chrome upper/lower forks,
rotor covers etc..) No problem. 20% and no charge for installing it. Keep
in mind I haven't even been to the store yet! I sent them a check UPS red
on Monday. They sent the title UPS red on Tuesday. Wednesday morning I had
the title, picked up my plates and by that afternoon I was riding home. So
far 6 of my buddies have purchased road kings and ultra's from them with
the same experience. That's 100k worth of "serious" buyers" - HB 06/03
"My bike was in a flood, I took it to Blockers as they were willing to get
the bike in right away. After a little over a week they got to it. When I
picked up the bike 3 weeks later, front brakes did not work. They bled
brakes and sent me on my way claiming bike was in excellent operating
condition. 20 miles later, not even home bike started puking muddy water
from air cleaner, and squealing. Engine trashed, Blockers would not work
with me at all. Went to court, they repeated claim bike was in perfect
order, and blamed me for damage. I won the court case." - JK 09/05

accesories 15% off with purchase of bike. Small town atmosphere and

letters claiming that this dealer sells bikes at or near MSRP."

"Purchased a 2001 Fat Boy in Feb of 2001. Sold to me at MSRP + $2000.00 in
accessories at a 20% discount (id buy those anyways) due to the fact that
they would never see me again, I'm out of state. Excellent to deal with!"
- TV 02/02
"Just purchased a new Wide Glide over the phone from the sales manager. It
was such a pleasant experience to deal with someone who was straight
forward, to the point, and told it like it is! Was able to purchase the
bike at MSRP. What is even more amazing is that I am from out of state.
All I can say is all you Hog riders in Scranton sure are lucky to have a
dealer and sales manager like you do at Electric City!" - KH 02/02
"Electric City H-D is a first class DEALERSHIP! I would gladly make the
600 mile road trip to shop there again. After months of disappointment
going to all the local dealerships only to find that all the bikes are
marked up $3k-$5k over MSRP, not to mention the terrible attitudes that
were displayed when they realized that you are an educated consumer and
don't just throw that money around. I was referred this web site from
another excellent resource the "Harley Tech Talk" discussion group on MSN,
if you are not a member, join now, the wealth of free knowledge is
phenomenal. I noticed an abundance of MSRP dealers in PA, and started
calling them one by one looking for a 2002 FLHT. Within 15 minutes of my
first contact with Electric City I knew that I was in the right place,
just send a check for $500 and tell me when you want to pick up the bike,
what about the price I asked, they made it sound like a silly question
MSRP+$200 freight and $300 set up, plain and simple. I sent him the check
the following day. About one week later I took delivery throughout the
process I kept thinking that it was all too good to be true.. well in fact
it wasn't. The entire deal went down exactly as we had worked out on the
phone. By my own choice I traveled to the dealership before I took
delivery just to take a look at the scooter, pay for the scooter and bring
home my bill of sale and certificate of origin, so that it would be fully
registered and insured while in transit, they would have gladly taken care
of all the paperwork by mail to save me the trip but it was my own choice.
When I went to take delivery again everything was done 100%. The
accessories that I had ordered were all installed and squared away, (none
of which were required as many other dealers add stipulations that require
you to purchase $1000 or I have seen up to $2500 in accessories if you are
from out of state), they even had the service manager come outside to
check everything out and ride the bike up the ramp into the moving truck
for me, then the sales man even strapped and secured the bike in the
truck. All said and done I saved appx. $3000." - DO 05/02
"I just purchased a 2003 FXST from Electric City and the whole process
could not have gone smoother. Everyone who works at this dealership is
friendly and very helpful. The employees were very patient despite my
numerous phone calls regarding my bike and when I could pick it up! I
previously bought a Sportster from ECHD and this purchase was handled
equally well. The Sales Manager and his assistant are very honest,
helpful, and sincerely want to please the customer. I have also bought
parts and clothing from this shop and the employees in these departments
have the same attitude. The entire staff is to be commended for their
efforts. I have been to other shops but never feel as welcome as when I
go to my "home" dealer. ECHD is an honest dealership who will always
receive my business. Thanks again to everyone at ECHD, you make my riding
experiences all the more enjoyable!" - JY 08/02
"Just Got Home from this dealer and They used MSRP right from the book. If
I wanted to order one I could order how ever I wanted. They have One
coming in next month in the color I want and everything Except they want
to add the '03 Gold key package to it. Since I could get that next month
or wait for a phase 4 delivery I decided to go with the one next Month.
All accessories were added at a 15% discount (Which is about what labor
cost) so was fair. They will deliver the bike to my house which is 1 1/2
hours away. All in All A great place." - RT 10/03
"Purchased a 2003 Road King Standard from the dealership. Bike was sold
at MSRP and the service department prepped the ride perfectly.
Additionally, the dealership will provide you with a courtesy wash upon
having the bike serviced. NOTE: I've been to other dealerships and their
courtesy wash is better than most $85.00 detail specials. I also returned
to the shop when I was doing the 95ci. motor and these guys have the best
parts people and mechanics in the Northeast. If you want a dealership that
treats you like family, and I DON'T mean a "red headed stepchild", then
this is your shop. God I love these guys!" - GG 11/04
"I had a great experience with this dealership both buying and service I
bought 2 bikes from them at very fair prices and many parts for both
bikes. They always treat you as family and are a pleasure to deal with.
They are very helpful with parts and clothing. There service department is
great and always there to help. I would recommend this dealership as one
of the best in PA." - DN 08/05 |

"I had some clarification from the owner of Thunder, HD in Sharon,
PA. The scoop is they're selling a bit above MSRP...around 900 bucks on an
Ultra. No deposit on orders and a 10% lifetime discount on accessories if
you buy a bike from 'em. Great business reputation whoever you ask and
generally happy customers." - TM 10/99
"Bought a new Heritage in 2002 at Thunder HD in Sharon and was treated
with respect from the time I walked in the store. I bought at MSRP which
is the way they do business. No greedy prep or set up fees and no added
accessories that you are forced to buy (only items you request will be
added). Very honest dealership and they strive to take care of your
needs. I had two minor problems with the Heritage and they took care of

"Yeah, him and a thousand other guys." Owner wanted $1000 down
to put me on a waiting list. Had no time for me. Rude. I'd never go
back." - BW 8/01
"Took two wheels to Schoch's for tires to be mounted. When I went to
pick them up, I noticed that the rear tire was put on backwards (drive
arrow going wrong way). I pointed this out and they corrected the problem
while I waited but if they can't get tire mounting right I'd surely not
let them touch anything else. Bikes abound in the showroom because even
though they say they are at MRSP, they make you take all the add-ons and
inflated prep so out the door is 2k+ over MRSP." - DD 03/02
"Me and a friend of mine have spent the last 6 weeks going from Dealer to
dealer in Long Island New York only to be discouraged at the outrageous
prices (3000 - 5000 over MSRP) and terrible attitudes we encountered at
every dealership we went to. So we decided to head to Pennsylvania. Last
Saturday we took the 2 hour ride to Schoch H-D. From the moment we walked
in the door everyone in the place was polite, helpful and fun to talk to.
After spending nearly 3 hours in the store, I am now the proud owner of a
2003 Lowrider and my friend a 2003 Fatboy. Their prices were great and the
sales manager (who sold us our bikes) was pleasant to deal with. Even
when we inquired about add ons and accessories he was honest told us to
wait to get that for whatever reason even though it took cash out of his
pocket. Whenever I want anything done to my new HOG I will be taking the
trip to Schoch's to have them do the work. Thank You Schoch for making my
first Harley Purchase as fun and exciting as I hoped it would
be." - TW 05/03 |

"Our salesmen prefer to sell locally focusing on the
"Customer for life" theory, although we stock a large number of
used H-D's and will sell them anywhere in the US. Hopefully bikers
elsewhere understand we have a large parts and service staff we need to
support and bikers hours + away are not likely to come back. Our waiting
list is different for each model and it changes often but everyone on it
is at MSRP. We are 15 minutes NE of Pittsburgh and have a 1949 Diner to
eat and relax in attached to the H-D / Buell Dealership. *Note - As an
authorized dealership I think it is great to let people express their
experiences. We want everyone to leave feeling good. Unfortunately with
several locations and near 100 employees, it is impossible. If someone has
a "not so good" experience, we want to know so we can "make
it right". We would prefer that if there are negative comments, we
have the opportunity to fix them before they are put on the www for the
world to see. Also as the H-D market changes, so do dealers policies,
procedures, and processes. We are much different than we were one year
ago." - Gatto H-D 10/99 "I found the bike of my dreams during a
chance stop at an out of town dealership 80 miles from home. I felt a little
strange taking it for service to a dealer other than where I purchased it,
however after a couple of trips I decided I would try. I was treated from
minute one as a welcome friend. The salesman even told me" If we don't have
what you want in the future, I'll do my best to help you find one" My
Fatboy gets great service, the service department has been great. This
dealership sells about 10 different brands of motorcycles (respectfully
housing the Harley- Buell franchises in a separate building) for me
it's a one stop shop. I've purchased several bikes from them, tons of
accessories and soon a supercharger for my Fatboy. Give them a try, You'll
be glad you did." - WR 03/03 |

"I live in Fairmont WV and we have a dealer here
but, many people here buy from HD of Uniontown. They sell at MSRP.
Require $1,000 down for orders. Have a 1st class service dept.
Will trade Jap for Harley ( they also sell Honda, Suzuki, etc. ) and
are the most down to earth, up front, and easy going people to deal with."
- TS 4/01 "This dealership was just taken over by one of the owners
of Cerini HD/Buell. He has taken the same attitude employed at Cerini’s HD
to the new shop. Good guys, they will treat you right. Sales at MSRP." -

HERITAGE H-D

"I was shown a list of bikes coming in with their
options. One had everything I wanted but was the wrong color. Heritage
called the next day and said they got it changed. Bike came in 6 weeks
later exactly how I wanted. The parts guys and service are also top notch."
- WH 7/01 "My experiences with Heritage Harley-Davidson have been
overwhelmingly positive, although not perfect. The negatives: they
originally told me when I ordered my bike that they would sell me my bike at
MSRP. However, when the bike arrived, they told me that they were adding a
$200 charge. When I told them I would go to another dealer, they
immediately backed down and sold the bike to me for MSRP. Also, when I
brought the bike in for service, they told me it would be done in 2-3 days.
They didn't start to work on the bike, however, for 8 days, and they finally
finished it in 10 days. The repairs were simple. The positives: everyone
at the store, from clothing salesclerk to service manager is extremely
courteous and helpful. When my teenage daughters were looking for a
father's day gift for me, they decided on a picture of themselves on a
Harley. The sales clerk allowed them to don approximately $1000 worth of
leathers, allowed them to sit on one of the new Harleys in the showroom, and
then snapped the picture for them. I thought that was beyond the call of
duty. All of this may be irrelevant because I understand that the store has
recently been sold and is under new ownership." - RK 07/04 |

"sold a friend of mine a 1999 fxd for msrp, and he
waited for 61 days." - MS 1/00 "After years of Jap bikes I crossed over to the right side. Bought a
2001 883C here, only because it was sitting on the floor as someone had
backed out on it. Sold at MSRP, added $350.00 for set-up, salesman seemed
nice enough till I started asking questions. Found out real quick not to
waste my time, just take my bike and go home. My $350.00 set-up included
low tire pressures, both plug wires not snapped on the plug, just
"booted", and over full oil. When I subsequently mentioned the plug wires,
the salesman read me the set-up sheet and said something like, "Dude,
checking the plug wires ain't on this list". Almost made me wonder if I
did the right thing. Good thing I LOVE the bike." - WS 11/01
"I recently bought a 2003 Electra-Glide Standard, EFI. They charged
me straight up MSRP, no "extras" no surprises. The bike is a dream and so
was
my buying experience. I've dealt with this shop's parts and service
departments for quite a few years and I've always been treated as though I
was the most important customer in the place. Now the sales dept. has
proven
itself to be just as friendly, helpful and professional." - RB 02/03 "Purchased two 2005 XL883L from Lancaster. Made purchase after attending
their Riders Edge Class - an unbelievable class act btw. Bikes were
delivered in perfect condition. Have been back for scheduled maintenance
and parts and always feel like I'm coming home. Great Place. Bikes were
straight MSRP also." - CH 07/05
"Purchased a used police rk. I did
not know anything about bikes. Salesman was honest, knowledgeable, and
friendly. Bike was priced at market value and far below my local dealer
for the same model. I highly recommend Lancaster for any purchase." - KM

LAUGERMAN'S H-D
York, PA

"After learning to ride on a 535 Virago my R/P decided it
was time for her "real bike" as she put it. Called several dealers looking
for a Hugger for her. Heard everything from "HA HA" to "Sure $8500 Please".
Called Laugerman and encountered one of the hardest working salesmen I've
ever encountered! Had a Hugger still in the box that he sold her at MSRP,
had put together, arranged EXCELLENT rate financing, and had her "out the
door" in a day and a half. This dealership not only went the extra mile for
her, they ran the whole race!" - WS 08/03 "Long before purchasing my Ultra from Laugerman's I have
been stopping in and browsing. They have always treated me great. When it
became time to buy the Ultra nothing could have been easier. There service
dept has taken excellent care of any detail I brought up. I had a problem
with an accessory and there parts people were the best, I was leaving for
Iraq 2 days later the girl printed me out a paper and dated it so I could
still get the part covered when I return. Laugerman's is Top Notch here with
me." - RH 09/05 |
