"According to a well-known biker magazine, readers have sent in letters claiming that this dealer sells bikes at or near MSRP."

"I just bought a 2001 FLSTC from Andy's. $500 deposit and a 6 month wait. Everyone was real nice. They charge MSRP + Freight and Setup. They also include the 1000 mile service interval for free. I recommend them to anybody interested in a HD in the MN, SD, ND area. Thanks." - CD 3/01

"The definitely mark up beyond MSRP. I have purchased 4 new Classics since 1995 originally because there was no additional markup. My new "01 model came in in Feb and when I went to pick it up there was a $930 "setup" fee which was $700 more than the Harley suggested fee (per the pamphlet).  After complaining that He had been selling me bikes without the extra fee and he stating that that was the way Mom wants it , he said he would not adjust it this time (he did on my '98) I passed and asked for my $500 back. He sent it to me with no attempt at salesmanship whatsoever." - TB 05/02

"Very small dealer who has no problems with selling out of the area.  Figure a 6 month + wait depending on the model and MSRP + freight and setup." - DO  02/01

"Great place, nice new building.  Every bike I've seen was listed at MSRP,  their pricing goes buy that little pamphlet that you can get at the dealerships. You pay MSRP+ fright+ prep+ any options all according to the little pamphlet.  It's FCFS, because of the winters in the north country can you put money down on a bike and come pick it up in spring (don't have to pay interest on a "garage ornament" during the winter)." - CJ  1/01

"Had to stop in for a warranty adjustment to our sidecar - told them where we were from, Kansas City, and we got bumped up to first in line to get fixed.  Very friendly crew and the guy who wrenched on our hack knew his stuff - a knowledgeable sidecar guy is rare indeed!  They got us back on the road in short order.  Thanks Fargo H-D!" - DH 3/01

"Flew into Fargo to pick up my FLHT, at list plus setup. Owner opened up on a Sunday for me to get the bike!  Put 1000 miles on in four days and had the service done before the ride back to Tennessee.  Good bunch of folks, I'd buy another there! 2800 miles in three weeks with no problems." - MD 7/01

"I'm from Colorado and I highly recommend the friendly folks at Fargo HD for getting a great deal at MSRP plus freight and setup. After a six month wait, I recently picked up an '02 Road King Classic and the business manager was especially helpful answering my e-mails and keeping me up to date. Thanks Fargo!" - SA 07/02

"This dealership (owner) sold me an Ultra Glide that I had electrical problems with for the 7 years I owned it, beginning the first weekend we had it.  I'll give them a little credit, at first they did try to help find the problem and the first three visits for repairs they covered the cost.  After that, it was my expense for them to R&R whatever they thought it might be and they never could find the problem.  In the mean time I kept having batteries die on me and getting stranded on the road.  When I finally asked what he'd give me for a trade-in on a new one, he wouldn't take it.  When asked what I was supposed to do with a bike with seven years of problems he couldn't diagnose, find or repair, he said he didn't know." - DA 09/03
