"Purchased a new '02 Heritage Springer from here in
September. I have had a great experience there beginning w/ the sale
and all the way through my first three service appointments. The staff
is very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. The Parts Manager
seems to have memorized the HD catalog and is extremely helpful in making
parts decisions. Great people.... great dealership. I would
recommend Denny's HD to anyone!" - BS 01/02 "We have a Road King Classic but were on our Goldwing
when we stopped in while on vacation. They kind of ignored us, except for
some nasty looks, while we looked around. Guess they don't like a new
Goldwing parked in front of their store. I asked about some bike prices and
they are about $5000 over MSRP! That is way too much markup! They had very
little on the floor to look at but claimed to have more somewhere else. They
are actually called "Denney's H-D" and are owned by the same people that own
the Denney's H-D in Springfield, MO." - SM 08/02 "I've been looking to purchase a new "to me" Harley and
was told that the folks at Fort Smith were good folks and were willing to
deal. I checked their website and called about a bike, the sales person did
not have the information on the bike I was asking about and it appeared they
didn't want to spend the time talking to me over the phone. I talked my wife
into taking the 125 mile ride "on her only day off" to look at a bike.
apparently the website was not up to date, the bike I was looking I could
not find.
After about 30 mins. of wandering around "no help from the staff" I asked
for some help looking for a bike, they pointed me their new (04\'s), and
walked away. I asked about selling at MSRP, they could not answer, they
called over the sales manager and he said and I quote "I can set my own
price, I never sell at MSRP" and he walked away! I won't even buy a bolt
from these guys!" - CV 05/05 |

"If one wants courteous service this is NOT the dealership
to shop at. The store manager acts as if the customers should
bow down to her before entering the store. The mechanic is
good as well as the other sales people, but the manager needs to go.
Don't expect any breaks either. Will buy from out-of-state before
buying from this shop." - ES 3/01
"We at Jones H-D shop are here to serve our customers to the best of
our ability. We have a small shop with an intimate atmosphere and
we appreciate our customers new and old. 2002 has brought a fresh face to
the shop that we are sure is a winner. Come see us in 02 and keep the
rubber side down. Thanks again to all of our loyal customers. " - Jones
H-D Shop 01/02
"Overall experience with the dealer was ok. Sales person was nice and
courteous and the parts/service personal was exceptionally good. Prices on
new bikes are way too high compared to MSRP. This is my local shop and I
use them for everything. Parts and service prices are comparable to any
other store." - JS 02/02
"Walk in the door of this dealership and the salespeople just look at you
and go about their business without even bothering to ask if you need
help. This dealership is basically a t-shirt shop. Very few bikes, if
any, on the showroom. The accessories they stock are bare minimum at
best. The parts manager and service manager are very knowledgeable
though. Do not know about their new wrench but the previous one would
leave your bike filthy after he was done, plus workmanship was shoddy. If
you want a t-shirt, this is the place to go. If you want to buy a bike or
need accessories, go somewhere else." - GS 06/05

"Just got off the phone with HD of Jonesboro-they do not sell any bikes
for retail. They quoted me a price of $6800 for a new basic 883-retail is
$5345. They said they sold out of 2000 models by August 99 except for a
couple XL's. But still much friendlier and better attitude than Jones HD
in Little Rock." - RM 10/99
"They treated me like family. Told me what they could and would do up
front. I ordered a bike from them requesting a delivery date. The bike
came in early (no problem). They didn't charge labor for any accessories
I had them put on the bike before I picked it up. I picked up the bike
did the one thousand miles and returned it to them for service. Now get
this. The one thousand mile service was FREE. That's what I call service.
Try em you'll like em." -SC 2/00
"Great dealership!! Like the other commenter, I was welcomed into
the family. Didn't matter that I was from Little Rock. I got a better bike
(2000 Sportster 883) at a MUCH better price. I too got the add-ons at no
labor charge. I bought a grand of extras and took 4 hours picking and
choosing. No hassle at all. Three other riders came from Little Rock while
I was there. Two made purchases. It was well worth the three hour drive
for me and my friend. He even found a 1200C he liked and bought it on his
word. Salesman said he would hold it for him. Won't get that kind of
service just anywhere. My experience was as it should be, pleasurable and
worthwhile. Felt great pulling out of the lot with my 883!!" - MP

"HD of Jonesboro treats you like family because they ARE family. It's
not uncommon to walk in and see the owner, his wife, and his mother behind
the counter. My riding group is 100 miles from them, but they always
remember our names and what we ride. Good prices, short waits for ordered
bikes and service after the sale. I have my 3rd bike ordered from them
right now; as a group we bought 9 or 10 there - not one complaint yet. We
have a dealer closer than Jonesboro, but they just don't compare." - JW

"I bought my 2004 Road King Classic from H-d of Jonesboro after Talking to
all dealers in Arkansas and surrounding states, it seemed they WANTED to
sell me the bike more than anyone else. I traded in my Springer at a fair
price and received a better than average deal!! I will buy my next one
there and will brag on them to anyone who will listen!" - DT 12/03 |

JONES H-D

Seems to be managed by a group of kids. Their knowledge of motorcycles is
VERY LIMITED. They are overpricing their bikes several thousand dollars.
Do your bike buying somewhere else." - SC 10/99
"Jones H D is a rip off, Five Grand over msrp for an ultra classic. You
go some place else Jones will not service your bike. They charge four
hours to do the thousand mile service. RIP OFF" - JB 1/00
"I have been going to Jones H-D in Little Rock for a couple of years
now and I have always been impressed with the service. I know everyone up
there and they have always been friendly, nice, and helpful. As far as the
prices are concerned, you won't find a better deal in Arkansas. The prices
are competitive for the market around here. Go to Texas and try to buy an
Electra Glide for what you'd pay at Jones H-D. Next time you're in Ark.,
stop by Jones H-D and judge the service for yourself." - BR 2/00 "Bought a Buell motorcycle from Jones last year. The salesperson I dealt
with was VERY nice and very helpful. Paid MSRP on the bike, despite it
being last year's model and considered myself lucky as they seem to mark
their HD's up by $4000.00 to $6000.00 over MSRP. Took it in for the
break-in service after 500 miles, and while it was pricey they washed my
bike, and did a great job. Had been fairly please so far until it came
time to look at getting another Buell, and when I went in they said
Buell's were being discontinued. Ended up going back for parts another
time and a parts department guy told me that Buell was going out of
business, and they didn't have the parts in stock. Talked with the general
manager who told me they would still continue to service Buell's but
wouldn't be selling them. Found out later that's not true. They are
discontinuing service of Buell motorcycles when they sell the last bike on
their showroom floor at their North Little Rock location ac cording to the service manager and that I could always go to Memphis.
Talked with Buell and HD and Buell is releasing 2 new models this year in
their lineup and is not going out of business. Recommend you buy
elsewhere, whether it be HD or an HD sub-brand like Buell." - SG 07/05 |

"I stopped in at this dealer to price a HD Road King FFSE. The sales
person was not in but I was given a quote that was $3000 over other quotes
I had. I was told the sales person would call me, however they never did
call and it felt like they really did not want to sell me a bike. So I
went out of state to another dealer, and I have the bike ordered. When
buying in Arkansas, shop around and don't be afraid to go looking North."
